"I don't have a car," Seokjin said apologetically as he met Taehyung at a rendezvous point at the subway station.

It took a moment for Taehyung, decked up in a brown shirt that had an unfair number of undone buttons and loose pants, to recognise Seokjin, not because of the enormous sunglasses and mask but because of the strands of dark hair that peeked from underneath his cap.

"I'll take off this monstrosity when we reach the place," Seokjin reassured as he slipped his hand into Taehyung's bigger one and began to lead him towards one of the subway cars. Seokjin had meticulously pre-planned everything so they would be boarding subways that weren't choking on hoards of agitated, sweaty people.

After they had settled down on a bench at the far end of the car, Taehyung planted a chaste kiss on Seokjin's mask-covered cheek and said, "Can I see your hair at least?"

Seokjin shrugged off the cap and let his long, newly dyed dark brown hair fall out. His hair had reached the top of his ears and brushed against his nape. Taehyung rand his slender fingers through his boyfriend's silky hair and caressed the soft locks, gazing at Seokjin adoringly.

"You look like a prince," Taehyung said as he caressed Seokjin's cheek with the back of his fingers. "My little Prince."

Seokjin rolled his eyes but his cheeks spoke a different story under the mask; his neck snitched on him by blooming a flushed shade of red, which made Taehyung glide his finger against his sweet spot, causing Seokjin to shiver a little before swatting Taehyung's hand away. Taehyung chuckled and rested his arm along Seokjin's shoulders and melted into his seat before closing his eyes and releasing a content sigh.

"I'm already enjoying this," Taehyung spoke his mind and smiled dearly at his boyfriend, whose eyes returned the smile from behind the shades.

"You rarely get any free time, don't you?" Seokjin murmured as he leaned against Taehyung.

"Hmm, you could say that," Taehyung answered. 'It's more about wanting to do something that doesn't require... you know. It honestly feels so disgusting sometimes but I've gotten used to the disgust."

Seokjin leaned his head on Taehyung's shoulder and held his free hand tighter, rubbing his thumb across his knuckles in an attempt to comfort him because he just didn't know what words would sooth his inevitable cruel reality.

"What if I pay for your college?" Seokjin perked up with an idea.

"You don't have to do anything like that, hyung."

"No, listen to me," Seokjin pressed, sitting upright and looking right into his lover's eyes. "My parents already pay for my courses so I don't have to worry about myself and I don't really spend much of my monthly allowance so- so what if I work part-time after my uni' classes or on days I don't have classes and... and..."
