Angela never thought she would fight secret agents who threatened to kill her.

They pulled up, Silverstreak in the original black Ford Explorer form when he first arrived, and two figures awaited them. One had dark red hair, almost like Rachel Elizabeth Dare's, but it was cut short. She wore a black skin suit, with a gun strapped at her waist.

The other guy was different. He wore a black vest, short cropped hair, with a bow in his hands, and a quiver of arrows on his back. He looked like a combination of an Army soldier and any old archer at Camp Half Blood.

"Agent Romanoff, Hawkeye, it's good to see you both again," Myron said, as he shook both of their hands.

The archer nodded his head towards Angela and Nico. "Who are they, and why did you bring them?" he asked. It's nice to see you, too, Angela thought.

"That's something I'll need to explain to Director Fury," Myron replied. "Is he here?"

Agent Romanoff answered first. "He's up in his office," she said, with no tone in her voice what so ever.

"Call him up and tell him I'm heading up there," Myron said.

Myron waved his hand for Angela and Nico to follow. They entered the building, and it was like nothing else Angela had ever seen.

The lobby had no roof, so it always had a sunny look to it. A giant eagle, which was probably the S.H.I.E.L.D. logo, stood high and might in the center. People with briefcases and work clothes walked about, as if they had an appointment every day.

A glass elevator ran all the way up to the top, and Angela guessed there were about 30 floors.

Myron pointed to the elevator. "We're going in there," he said.

They loaded into the elevator, along with a few more people. Myron pressed the button that went to the 30th floor(lucky guess).

A few more agents loaded into the elevator on the 10th floor, and a few more on the 15th. This made Angela a little uneasy. They all had their guns strapped to their waists, and one by one, each unbuttoned the holster .

Myron noticed this, too. He rubbed his wrist, as if ready to use his watch.

"Now!" he screamed. The agents all tried to shoot them, but it was impossible. Nico and Angela hid behind one of Myron's newer inventions, which was a shield inside watch. But, it wasn't the shield Captain America gave him in Omaha. This shield looked like a Spartan shield, and held together quite nicely.

All the bullets ricocheted right off the shield, and hit the agents, wounding them, but not killing them.

"Rule one; never mess with the kid with the titanium shield," Myron said.

"That's made of titanium?" Nico asked. "How did you manage to find it?"

"Hephaestus can get you any metal at any time," Myron replied. "Plus, those guys weren't trying to kill us. It was a training call."

"Who sent them out?" Angela asked.

"Me," said a voice in the corner. "Unless you want to question my authority."

"Who's me?" Angela asked.

"Boy, this one thinks she can just call all the shots around here," the man said. "Perhaps I should introduce myself. The name's director Nick Fury, agent of S.H.I.E.L.D."
