Gray X Reader: Magic Academy

Chapter 2

The cafeteria was bustling, too noisy for my taste. I kept my head down, looking for Momo. I slowly walked, keeping pace with the crowd around me. The scent of the food was amazing, although, I wasn't all that hungry. I looked around for awhile, searching for my friend. There she was, talking with Natsu and Gray. Oh great.

I slowly made my way over to their table. Very slowly. I don't know why but my heart was leaping, hoping to run out of my chest. My breathing became faster. I don't know why I'm so nervous.

Standing in front of the table, I began to talk,"Hi, Momo-"

I was cut off with pizza sauce and crust covering my face. I blinked in surprise. Looking down, my shirt was drenched in cherry pie.

"Oi, watch where you're going!" A deep voice above me yelled.

Looking up slightly, I saw him. Gray Fullbuster.

"Me watching where I'm going! You're the one who completely soaked me in your meal!" I snarled.

Gray snapped,"It would have still been on my plate if you watched where you're going!"

"I was watching! You need to stop wearing your colon around everywhere!" I yelled.

"Miss (L/N)! Mr. Fullbuster!" A voice boomed out

I slowly turned around, Carla-sensei was standing there. I looked down at her, fear inches over me. I was about to get a strike.

"(Y/N) go to your room and clean up, I want both in my office!" Carla said.

I turned and walked back to my dorm room, anger swallowing me whole. Arriving to my dorm room, I changed my clothes to a pair of jeans, a (F/C) sweater, and black converse.

I shut the door and headed to Carla-sensei's office.

*at her office*

I knocked, "Carla-sensei, I'm coming in." I opened the door, and walked in.

There in the office, sat Gray in a chair with Carla sitting on the desk. I sat down in the chair next to Gray, I scowled.

Carla cleared her throat,"I have brought you here today for your punishment. We all know of the magic ball coming up, correct?" Gray and I nodded,"You are not allowed to attend."

"What!" Gray yelled,"You don't understand, I have to be there, I have a reputation to uphold!"

"Mr. Fullbuster! You didn't let me finish!" She cleared her throat again," You and (Y/N) may only attend if you go together."
