"Mr. Fullbuster! You didn't let me finish!" She cleared her throat again," You and (Y/N) may only attend if you go together."

Wait, together!!

"I can't be seen with that!!" Gray yelled, pointing in my direction. Ouch, that one stung.

"Don't worry, I wasn't planning on going anyways." I mumbled.

Carla began talking,"Also, you two need to learn to get along better. We have one week until the ball, you shall spend every minute of every hour starting to get to know and understand each other better."

I gulped, every minute of every hour. I glanced over at Gray. Was this really the solution? I mean, what would happen if he was caught and seen with me?

My eyes met with his, for a second I was pulled in by their beauty. I quickly snapped out of it and looked away. A small blush of crimson covering my face. I cleared my throat.

"Fullbuster, you better be prepared to spend some time at the library." I spoke.

"You , Miss (Y/N), need to learn to loosen up." He spoke back.

This was going to be the worst week of my life.

*Time Skip to next day and after classes*

My book was once again knocked out of my hands by Gray's teammates during his magicball practice. Now, I know nothing of the sport, but I know enough that you're suppose to be practicing not messing with an innocent girl's book. How rude!

I glanced up, moving my (H/C) hair out of my face. There stood Sting Eucliffe and Rogue Cheney of Sabortooth, our rival team in Magicball. Fairy Tail and Sabortooth practice at the same time, well all the teams do, really.

Sting stood there with his (adorable) cocky grin. Rogue looked uninterested, but I knew he would follow his crush anyway like a lost puppy (Stingue). Although, I don't think Sting knows about his best friend's crush in him.

"Yes?" I asked,"Anything you want?"

"What's the book worm doing out here, shouldn't you be in your natural habitat?" Sting retorted.

"Yes, usually I would have been in the library if an ass didn't throw his dinner all over me, get me a strike, make me spend a week with him, and drag me from the library to be at his stupid magicball practice. Now if you'll excuse me, I would like to get back to reading." I answered.

"If you don't like him so much," Sting wrapped his arm around my shoulder," why don't you hang out with us?"

"Hmm, not a bad offer, but I'm going to have to decline. How do I put this, you jut aren't my type?"

Sting looked shocked for a moment, Mr. Prissy Pants has never been shot down.

But he returned back to earthland a moment later,"Of course I see why, you just can't handle all my sexiness. Admit it (Y/N) you want me!"

I shrugged his off of me and stood up,"No thank you, I'm not sure on what diseases I could catch from a man whore like you."

I left my place from that side of the field, leaving Sting and Rogue there. I headed towards Gray, he was resting on a bench, drinking a bottle of water. I say next to him, completely bored out of my mind. I left my book over there but was too freaked out to go and get it.

"What do you want?" Were the first words that came out of his mouth. Practice was over by now, I guessed as many people passed by, going back to their dorm room.

"Come to the mall with me?" it wasn't a question really, I may have asked it like one, but it was more of a command.
