Crossing his legs as best as he can, he sat back with a drink in his hand. He let his personal guard handle the fancy vehicle - of course, he knew how to drive himself, but what's the reason when you have someone else to do it for you?
It's much, much more easier for the work to be done for you. Unless,.. it's important business.. than it should be handled by yourself, or you should help with the situation.

As the vehicle drove past the buildings of the town, he couldn't help but look in disgust of the world. Honestly, he'd thought it would look.., well, better.. than whatever this is. What's the reason of several of the same copies of stores? Couldn't one, or even two be just fine?
Even Toon Town was better than this poor excuse of a town.

How it would be simplistic easier to devour the world. Devour? Should he use that word, even? Destroy, demolish, take over? What's the difference? That's another thing; the human dictionary.
Why so many words that mean practically the same thing? Why so many to begin with? It's not like half the human population uses most of them.
Haven't these living organisms been shortening the words besides? I got to go, I gotta go.. I gtg. That's just an example. Soon, the word might not even be in existence anymore.

Tapping his ink-stained gloved finger on his pants, his driver sped up the vehicle. Just a little, they were on a time crunch anyways. As much as he was amused by humans and their stupidity, he needed to catch something, or someone before getting back to business.

He had seen the man around a few times, roaming the streets, at the library, at the store, shopping, or even at the bar. But that was rarely, he noticed. The brunette only showed up when he was spending his night with others. He assumed it was his friends? Or people he spoke with, knew.

Something had caught his interest in the human. He showed up randomly, and he and a few clients had suddenly just started seeing him around. They weren't sure if it was coincidental, or on purpose.

But he and the others knew they couldn't take any chances. None.
The brunette might know something, a clue.

The vehicle started slowing down before coming to a stop. The windows were rolled down slightly, just enough for him to see out of them. Scanning the streets filled with multiple crowds, he finally saw what, who he was looking for.
The man was amongst the crowd, observing a book. Most likely reading.

The windows were rolled up, and the Ink Demon sunk back into his seat. Taking a small sip of his drink, he smirked.

"Tonight, Sammy."

The driver, now known as Sammy only nodded and put his attention back on the road, before the car started zooming down the road, leaving ink trailing behind them.
