Sitting down onto the couch, Henry leaned against his lover and handed him a hot drink for such a cold, lovely night.
It was a few minutes before Christmas day would begin.
It would be one of the Ink Demon's first Christmas-es outside of the studio; on a day he's aware of Christmas.
He couldn't say it excited him, or feels him with the hope children or his partner has. Not like it used to that one year.
But the past is the past, right?
ding ,
"Merry Christmas, love."
"Merry Christmas, doll face."
Henry got into a position where he could face his lover and gave him a quick peck on the cheek, then on his smile ; which the Ink Demon lovingly gave in return.
"I love you"
his partner smiled the same sweet smile he remembers well.
"I love you, too, buddy."
