Nico gets Homework

A/N im gonna be honest with y'all, i forgot what day it was sooo rly sorry its this late :(.but heres the chapter :).

<<Nico's pov>>

To say Nico struggled in the test would be a lie.Camp half-blood's training regiment meant Nico was more than capable to hold his own in these trials,even without using his 'quirk'.During the softball throw (the one test the Nico had the lowest scores in)Aizawa had finally revealed his quirk,when restraining the green one.He started talking about not destroying yourself,But Nico was a bit more focused making a mental note to stay clear of Aizawa,he didn't think he could explain away his powers not being erased.Then green haired kid used his quirk a superstrength rush of pure power.It reminded him of how Percy had described holding Zeus's lightning bolt,A feeling of pure thunderous power,although it definitely wasn't nearly as powerful.The kid absolutely destroyed his fingers when using his quirk though,it reminded Nico of the new kid at camp who were still learning to use their powers.Guess his power comes at a price.

The final activity of the test was done and the leaderboard had finally been revealed,with everyone scrambling to check if there name was last.Izuku,the green one had ended up last.Nico felt a little bad for him,he seemed really pumped about the whole 'hero thing',It reminded him of when he first got to camp.It was simply unfair how the teachers could just get kick out students,even during his short stint at Westover Hall they couldn't expel him or Bianca for no reason.But before his temper could take control, Aizawa told the clas it was a trick.The students grumbled over it,Nico thought that made a lot more sense than just expelling students at random.The class dispersed and he made his way back to the classroom,apparently they had both hero and regular school curriculums here.He hadn't had formal schooling in,well awhile to say the least.He had been more worried about the whole,wars and stuff.So this was certainly going to be a interesting experience.

Shouto was a little surprised,if he was being completely honest he actually didn't mind walk wit Nico.The guy was pretty chill past the whole intimidation act,He and Nico just walked in silence,which was awkward on the way to U.A.But now there was no expectation of chatter,to tired from school.The trees rustled and cars drove past,the sound of the city getting quieter and quieter as they walked to the Todoroki manor.They made it home to an empty house,Endeavour had late night patrols so it was just them.Nico didn't look to bothered by this,Shoto went to go to his room."uh,is your dad going to be home?" Nico asked hesitantly "No,he has a patrol. You can grab something from the fridge if you're hungry" Shoto told him in his usual monotone.He was met with a nod and went off to his room.

Nico went up to his room,deciding to try and puzzle together his homework.already the first day and i already have a stack,he thought trying to write down to correct answers for the tortuous page he was working on,personally he was glad he could even get this far.Sure he did a discrete skelton tutor summoning after lunch,But it's encouraged to use you're quirk in the school so it's fine.When he finally got through the homework,Nico decided to finish up his sketch of Will,it was almost done but he still needed to add the freckles.Speaking of Will,Nico still wasn't sure how to get in touch with him he would have tried an iris message but he didn't have any dracmas.He just hopped tomorrow would go well.

A/N i hope this was a good chapter y'all,I promise I'll post next week. I've just been having a busy summer :).Next chapter is going to stray from the original btw.
