PH_03_N1X(PHOENIX) protocol(from Project Fire Bird):
Program that injects experimental cocktail of drugs, nanobots, and various substances into the body through a modified bracer. The cocktail is stored in cartridges that are always carried on person at all time, with extras being locked in storage, with one cartridge equating to four doses. This cocktail repairs the soldier's body and keeps them fighting, and can restart the body upon death if there is a useable cartridge loaded. This is also the same technology that led to Project Fire Bird getting shutdown by ONI, due to the spontaneous combustion of an undercover ONI operative during testing.
