'Aye!! Offside!!!!' Jordan screamed at the screen while playing FIFA 22
'hmm do you think she's a gamer' Jasper said unknowingly

'Who're you talking about bro' Jordan said without looking at him

'No one' Jasper said sadly while staring at his chats with Essence indicating no reply from her
'If you say so' Jordan replied
'Why hasn't she replied yet!' Jasper said with anger in his tone

Jordan suddenly paused his game and snapped at Jasper
'Bro! I can't help you if you don't tell me what's wrong and if you don't want to then shut up and let me continue my game in peace and silence' Jordan said and immediately continued hammering the keys on the innocent little game controller

'This is my room! I can scream as much as I want and go easy on the game it didn't do anything to you' Jasper said and stood up to pace around
'So who is she?' Jordan said

'Essence' Jasper said while biting his nails
'Tf!? That new girl I called hot and you looked like you wanted to chop my head off?'
'Yes, her' Jasper said with a chuckle after remembering that incident

'Bro you barely even know her she's new why is she poking your fancy' Jordan said

'Poking my fancy?' Jasper said puzzled
'Yeah I just started reading my literature texts they're nice' Jordan said with a pout

'Whatever!! So what's up'

'I don't even know bro' Jasper said while ruffling his hair 'She just makes me dumbfounded in like a good way, when I think about my feelings it sounds crazy because I just met this girl and she's making me feel all these'
Jasper let out a sigh, almost like a plea to God to help him explain what he felt deep inside for the understanding of another person

'Since the first day I saw her I felt something inside me light up like a dark cave being filled with a million lanterns' Jasper concluded and sat down on his bed once more
'Wow' Jordan said

'I've never seen you like this' Jordan said and paused his game with the intention of helping his troubled friend

'So? Where are we at? Have you spoken to this girl?" Jordan asked now facing him while munching on a bag of chips
'Nah she hasn't replied me' Jasper said and showed him his phone screen which displayed his and Essence' chats

'Shit! That's nasty, Well you need to talk to her' Jordan said
'ouuu I know what to do' Jordan said elated like a light bulb just lit over his head
'What?' Jasper said puzzled and worried

Irene's POV

'Ughh this Geometry isn't it bro!" I said as I slammed the hard cover textbook close and picked up my phone
'Jordan sent me a message! what does he want?' I thought rather confused than surprised
