"What is Article VII, Section 2 of the 1987 constitution?" My professor asked. I looked around and none of my classmates wanted to answer the question. "Walang may alam? As a political science student, you should know this law." 

I slowly raise my hand. I'm kind of shy pa.

"Galvez again? Any other hand, student?" My professor asked my classmates. Still, no one answered. "Okay, Ms. Galvez. Explain to your classmate; what is Article VII, Section 2 of the 1987 constitution" Tumayo ako.

"Article VII, Section 2 of the 1987 Constitution said that a Natural born Filipino citizen; registered voter; must be able to read and write: 40 years of age at the day of the election; and, must have resided in the Philippines for ten years before the election is held. However, the democratic system is abused by the practice of patronage politics. Leading to the practice of a spoil system." I said. 

"Very good, Ms. Galvez," Our professor said. "Dapat alam niyo na 'yan. Naituro na ata sainyo 'yan first year palang kayo," sabi ng professor namin. 

I'm currently studying here at U.P Diliman. Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. This is my dream. Sinunod ko ang gusto ng puso ko although ang dami kong na disappoint na tao lalo na si Dad.

"Montenegro Family, kinukwestyon kung bakit nga ba nagkaroon ng limpak limpak na yaman" I'm currently watching the news about my family. Kanina pa ako naiinis sa mga napapanood at nababasa kong balita tungkol sa amin. Many people belives, madami din ang nagtatanggol. The current administration sucks. Ilang taon ng nakaupo pero wala paring nagagawa. Simula nang mtapos ang administration ng Montenegro ay parang bumaba na rin ang pilipinas.

"Lolo, I want to fight. I want to fight for our name and for our country" I told my Lolo Anton about what I wanted.

"Hindi papayag ang mga magulang mo, lalo na si Rage" Lolo said ang hugged me. 

"I know that's why I'm here, I'm asking for your help, Lolo," I said.

"You really want to be involved in politics, Autumn?" Lolo asked. Ngumiti ako saka tumango.

"I've always wanted to change the wrongdoings of the current government." 

Natawa si Lolo sa sinabi ko. 

"You're really a Montenegro, Autumn. 'Wag kang mag alala, susuportahan kita, ako nang bahala sa Daddy mo" Lolo said.

"What the hell?" Galit na sabi ni Dad. Nandito si Lolo para sunduin ako. Nakapasa ko sa UPcat. Hindi ko sinabi muna kay Dad at ngayon na namin binalak dahil mas madali mapapayag si Daddy kung biglaan sasabihin.

"Calm down, Love," hinimas ni Mommy ang braso ni Daddy.

"I told you so many times na wala sa pamilyang 'to ang papasok sa politika" Dad said.

"Nasa dugo namin 'yon, Rage, hindi mo mapipigilan," sabi ni Lolo. "Ako ang bahala sa Apo ko. Babantayan ko siya at ako ang tutulong sakanya." 

"FUCK!" Napapikit ako nang sumigaw si Dad. "Do you really want this, Reign?" Tanong ni Dad sakin. Kinakabahan akong tumango.

"Gusto ko pong linisin yung pangalan natin, gusto ko pong maging maayos ang lahat, Daddy. 'Wag po kayong mag-alala sakin, magiging okay po ako. 'Eto po talaga ang gusto ko, una palang..." My tears started to fall "Ayoko lang po kayong ma Disappoint pero 'eto po talaga ang gusto ko, Daddy, please..." Yumakap ako kay Mom habang umiiyak.
