"Good morning! Hope you don't mind but we're walking to your school. I don't have a car." Ren said as she peeked in Alie's room.

She nodded her head and Ren left downstairs to wait for her.

Alie came downstairs and they went outside on the sidewalk.

"Can I hold your hand?" Alie asked Ren.

"Um, sure." Ren awkwardly said. "Sorry, I'm not really used to this. I'm usually with guys." She added.

Alie asked. "I think you will when you decide to have your own kids. Don't you think?"

Ren sighed. "No."

"Why? You don't like them?" She asked.

"If you're not in the right environment then I suggest not to even have kids. It's not healthy, good for them or you." She sadly said.

"What if it's provided for you?" She asked challenging her.

"It could be for just the child but sometimes you're not included." She answered as they held hands.

Alie didn't understand anymore and just stayed silent.

Ren asked. "You want me to buy you something?"

Alie nodded her head sideways.

They continued and Alie asked. "Do you walk a lot?"

Ren smiled and chuckled. "Most of the time I'm running away from border patrol but that'll be our little secret."

"So, how did you and dad meet then? Shouldn't you hate each other?" She asked.

Ren smiled. "Well, I don't go around telling people my real identity or what I do for a living. Border patrol will always be after you no matter what. Yoongi is the best at his job and he's the only one that's actually arrested me. No other border patrol had ever done that and after that. We kept bumping into each other."

"Like destiny?" Alie smiled as she asked.

Ren looked down at her and said. "Yeah something like that."

They both laughed. "Sounds like you don't like him."

"Okay enough of him."

"But he's my dad."

"Right! But it's time for you to go in your school."

Alie smiled and said. "Before, I go tell dad I love him."

Ren eyebrows furrowed. "Woahhhh! Let's not say that!" She added a chuckle after that and held her chest.

Alie asked confusingly. "Why not?"

Ren stuttered. "Sounds like you're saying goodbye."

Alie nodded her head as she informed her. "Well yeah. You never know. Dad exposes himself everyday. Shootings are even at school. You expose yourself too."

Ren frowned. She didn't like this but it was true.

"Okay?" She tried to get confirmation from her.

Ren nodded her head slowly. "I mean doesn't he know you say this everyday?"

"But he didn't hear me today." She pouted.

"Right... Okay. I will try my best to get your message through. Wait! We can call him."

"During working hours?" She asked amazed.

Ren eyes widen. "Wow! You're really smart."

Alie smiled and hugged Ren. "I love you, bye!" She ran off. Ren was left speechless.
