Quinn Fabray was in tremendous pain but she wanted to see her daughter again. Something was needling at the back of her mind and it wouldn't leave her be.

Mercedes Jones helped her to the nursery then went to the restroom.

Noah "Puck" Puckerman walked up behind her. "She's so beautiful."

Quinn smiled softly and nodded, the idea floating in her head solidifying. "I think I want her tested."

"Tested?"

"Yeah. For everything."

"Why? You want to give her up." That still stuck in his craw.

"I know but what will it hurt?"

He shrugged. "Tested for what?"

"Everything." She repeated. "There's genetic diseases out there."

He bobbed his head. "Fine."

Quinn read over the results of the tests she'd had the hospital run on her baby. She paled.

"What's wrong?" Judy Fabray, her mother grew concerned.

"Where's Puck?"

Mercedes pointed towards the door. "He's watching her through the window."

Quinn was nearly hyperventilating.

"What's wrong?" Judy repeated.

Mercedes went to take the results from Quinn and gasped. "Oh my word!"

"Girls!" Judy was deathly worried now.

"Where's Laura?!" Mercedes knew her big sister would solve everything. And if she couldn't, their little sister would. "Or Marcy?"

Judy stalked to the bed and grasped the papers. "Oh my..."

Laura Fabray-Hall and Marcy Jones were contacted by three-way. Both were shocked by the news they'd received.

Quinn was scared and confused. "What do I do?"

"Have every boy in your club tested." Marcy advised. "Something may be going on or-..."

"Or?"

"You know."

Quinn blushed as her mother gave her a look. "Okay. What about Puck?"

"Tell that man the truth."

Laura barked out a laugh.

Quinn grew cross. "I can tell the truth."

Mercedes pursed her lips, not delusional about her twin's dishonest streak.

Quinn pouted. "Mercy?!"

Judy huffed. "Marcy's right. You have to tell Puck the truth."

Quinn didn't want to do that. "What if I keep Beth?"

"Quinn!" Judy, Laura and Mercedes disapproved.

"You nit!" Marcy barked. "You want to keep your daughter now that you know the bad boy you don't really want isn't the father?!"

Quinn felt low. "No."

"Liar..."

"Don't really want?" Mercedes was confused. "Of course she wants Puck. She's always wanted Puck."

Marcy smacked her lips loudly.

Quinn flushed.

"I don't understand." Judy freely admitted. "If you want Puck, why did you date Finn? You seemed like you were truly in love?"
