I like dragons. There, I said it. I like dragons. Not the Imagine Dragons, the dragons of folklore, legends, and fantasy. I'm talking about legendary dragons of old. I know, I know, this is completely random, but it's important. I use dragons in about all of my stories. I'm a dragon who was never born to dragons, in my stories. A Dragon Knight. Explanation time: There is a kingdom, The Kingdom of Dragons, where the people who live there are Humanoid Dragons, humans who are pure human and pure dragon at the same time. And the humanoid dragons are ruled by the good King Goldern, a golden dragon. There are different classes, and different colors, metallic, and crystal dragons.

Chromatic (color dragons): Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Purple, Brown, Pink, Grey, White and Black. I'm a Purple dragon (more on that later)

Metallic dragons: Gold, Silver, Copper, Obsidian, Platinum, Bronze, Mercury, Aluminum, Iridium, and Tin.

Crystal dragons: Diamond, Pearl, Emerald, Ruby, Sapphire, Topaz, and Quartz.

If I'm missing any minerals and metals, please tell me. Now onto the classes.

Nobility: Only metallic and Crystalline dragons

Knights: Any kind of dragon.

Healers: Any.

Priests: Any.

Bakers: Any.

Blacksmiths: Any.

Soothsayers: Any. (Rare)

Commoners: Chromatic only.

These are the different classes of the humanoid dragons. The class the people are born in is determined at birth, by a mark on their non dominate shoulder. To find out what color they are, magical water is sprinkled on the mark, and the color shows up in the mark lines.

Now, if you haven't guessed, sometimes the name of the humanoid dragon is a spin on their color. Goldern, Coppearl, Rubera, Emeralda, Silvero, Sapphira (NOT INTENTIONAL REFERENCE!), and similar sounding names to their scale colors. Of course, the humanoid dragons can have normal human names, like Mine name, David, Mark, Lindsey (NOT INTENTIONAL REFERENCE!), Claire (NOT INTENTIONAL REFERENCE cbear1023!), Victoria (AGAIN, NOT INTENTIONAL REFERENCE Victoria2214!), Meghan and so much more.

Yes, these dragons can breath fire. They can also cast a form of magic called dragon magic. Sometimes dragons can breath out different elements (NOT INTENTIONAL REFERENCE!) like ice, lightning, poison, or even pure light or darkness! If you are familiar with chemistry, then you must know about flame tests. If not, it's ok. If you ever used a stick that turned campfires flames different colors, it's that principle.

Also, these humanoid dragons can transform at will (with a few exceptions) saying four words. "Power of the Dragon" . And saying those words has a special effect. Depending on the volume they are spoken, the size of the dragon is. If spoken softly, the dragon is the same size as their human form. When spoken in a normal volume, the dragon form is slightly bigger than human form. Same as shouting out the words, but the dragon form is huge.

I will continue this in another chapter, but comment below on how you like it!
