Seeks pov:

SLAM!

Damn it. The players escaped again for the second time in a row! I shut my eye closed and sighed. I always got mad when a player would escape my grasp, even though I only did this for sport as I didn't have to eat like most of the other entities of the hotel.

I held in tears, I knew I was overreacting, but I don't know what's wrong with me.  The second time, the players escape? It's two too many. I clenched my hands in a fist, digging my fingers into my palms in frustration. I had to calm myself down, as I didn't want to lash out like always at the other entities of the hotel later. I tried breathing in and out slowly, but I still was aggravated at the fact I had slipped up again!

I decided that the only way to calm myself was to just go into my ink puddle, so I sunk down, disappearing from sight. I opened my eye and observed the familiar bedroom. (just fyi I think that theres a little room of some sort under the ink puddle) The walls were the similar wallpaper of any other hotel room, actually, the room was kind of the exact same as any other room, except the bookcase that was the home to trinkets and items that I've collected from players, aka anything but books, and then the eyes on the wall.

The eyes didn't speak often, only really if I were to speak directly to one eye. They often just stared and blinked. Despite when it was time for the entities to go to sleep in the hotel, the eyes would... well, close their eyes, and I could only assume I fell asleep.

I sighed while I made my way to the bed, still trying my best to hold in tears. I plopped on the mattress and shut my eye tightly.  I faced my face up to the ceiling. I sat there in the quiet, listening to the clicking sounds the eyes made. I'm thinking about what I'm doing wrong. Two times? I've never messed up this badly. Suddenly, I opened my eye. I knew why I was messing up,

I was bored. It sounded silly thinking it, messing up because I was bored. Bored of this monotonous job. I know I do this for sport, but really, it helps us all. Every kill takes less chance of the elevator turning on. Which, from what Halt explains to all of us, would end in something horrible. He wasn't exact, but from his tone, we knew not to screw up. I was starting to get a head ache from thinking about so many topics at the same time, so I got up and decided to go on a walk around the hotel.

(time skip to when he's at around door 40)

If I were being completely honest, I've never gone past door 40. Never. In all the years I've been here, I've never gone that far. So, I thought that if I took a walk somewhere new, it'd clear my head.

I walked at a medium pace, observing if anything were new. Nothing, yet. The rooms seemed the same. I had gotten to door 46, I still had a lot on my mind, so I decided to keep venturing out into the hotel. Then, I had gotten to door 49. I walked through the door and stood in confusion.

In front of me laid a new type of door. It was made out of gold and oak and looked pretty grand. I was confused by the sight in front of me, so I walked up to the large door and pushed the handles open and walked in, closing the door behind me. What had laid upon me was a large library.

I was taken aback by the new scene when I realized that I wasn't alone in this library. I stepped forward into the large room, and as I looked around the room, I spotted a tall slender figure. I stood in shock as the figure turned to the sound of me opening the grand door, and I saw what I could assume was its face. It seemed to be blind because of the fact it didn't have eyes and only had a mouth for a face. The figure also had some sort of ribcage around its slender torso. It came running towards me, stumbling slightly, as it reached its arm out, grabbing my head.

"What the he..." I whispered under my breath as the giant figure picked me up and seemed as if it were going to kill me. My legs were dangling in the air in an attempt to kick its grasp off of me.

"WAIT!" I yelled out. It paused. "I'm not a player - I'm an entity... I assume you are too I-" There was a moment of silence in the library.

"An entity?" It replied, setting me down, I stumbled slightly while it waited for an explanation. Its voice was calm and kind sounding. It still stood waiting for some explanation

"Yeah, I-I'm Seek... I'm an entity. Who're you and how come I haven't seen you around before...?" I wondered, it stood still for a second.

"I'm The Figure, but I like to go by Figure. You probably haven't seen me before since I haven't left this place." Does Halt know about this entity?

"How come you haven't left... Figure?" I asked cautiously. "I didn't know there was anything else out there, so I didn't bother. Why are you here? How did you get here more specifically." Figure asked back.

"I had a headache, so I decided to go on a walk, and I had just stumbled upon this... library? There's more out there, more entities." I replied. The taller entity tilted his head as if he were considering a thought.

"Could I go out there and meet the other entities...?" It asked quietly, Figure probably hasn't had any communication with other entities for years, so I understood why he wanted to meet others. I wondered if it killed players too, because the Figures first reaction was to harm me when I entered the library

"Of course, I just have one question." I stated. "Ask away," the slender entity replied. He seemed to be happy that I agreed about him meeting the other entities.

"Do you kill the players too? I mean, do they even come to the library...?" It stood quietly for a moment again before speaking up.

"Those people? Yeah, I do. I kill them because they just barge into here, take books off the shelves, and take papers off my desk. It's kind of annoying putting stuff away when you're blind." He replied. The taller entity tilted his head to the left, and I looked where he was forwarding, and I saw a wooden desk covered with papers and books.

He seemed to know his way around the library well despite being blind. I nodded and turned my head towards the door.

"Do you want me to lead you?" I asked, Figure seemed slightly flattered about the offer. "Sure," he replied.

I reached over and grabbed the Figures warm hand. I went to walk out the door, but he stopped for a moment. "What's wrong?" I asked, looking back at him. "It's nothing, sorry, I was just thinking about how this happened all of a sudden. You know- finally leaving the library after years of being in here."

"Huh. It'll be alright, though. Don't be worried." I sounded slightly impatient. Every irritating thought I had before this was gone. I was excited to meet someone new for a change, He nodded his head as I tugged the taller entity slightly as I started to walk to the door, It followed my guidance  "Come on, They'll probably be happy to know theres more entities in the hotel."
