Chapter 15

I wake up to Liam asleep on my side hugging my waist. I rub his head and run my hands through his hair then I smile and sit up crawling out from under him. He holds my waist and whimpers looking up at me half asleep, "B-Babe...." I giggle and lay back down then rub his head as he nuzzles his head in my side. I sigh smiling as he slowly falls asleep again. I hear a knocking at the door and stand up walking to the door then open it to find a police man, "C-Can I help you?" I ask and he puts his hand on his gun, "Are you Eleanor?" I nod slowly and nervously as he grabs my hand and starts to walk down the steps, "Your coming with me. Nobody knew where you were, your grandparents reported you missing." I get confused, "No. I'm not going." He grips my wrist harder and I yelp, "Liam!" I yell he runs to the door and runs to my side, "What's going on here?" I jerk my wrist away and hug Liam's side, "He is trying to make me go with him..." Liam puffs his chest up and holds me, "She said she didn't want to go." The police officer scoffs and grabs my arm, "Let's go little lady." I kiss Liam's cheek knowing that I should go so they know I'm alive and get go of his hand. "But babe!" He reaches for my arm and I shake my head, "I will come back.." He looks down and nods. The police officer pulls me to his car and throws me in the back seat and I sit up and look as Liam blows me a kiss and walks inside dropping his head. I sigh and lean my head against the window as the man gets in and drives to the police station. He gets there and pulls me out of his car and I let him willingly. My grandparents run out the door and hug me tightly and I hug back just as tight. They take me home and I walk inside and sit at the table. They walk in the kitchen and my Mamaw slaps me as hard as she can on my cheek, "Oouch!!!!" I yelp as I fall to the ground my cheek having a stinging sensation. "You will never leave this house again. Do you understand?" My Mamaw says behind gritted teeth and I nod slowly and walk up to my room hearing my Mamaw lock the door behind me. I walk to my bathroom and grab my blades. I don't want to be here... I say to myself as I drag the blade down my thighs and arms, it doesn't matter anymore.. I stay doing this for hours not feeling anything anymore. I hear a knock at my door and I lock the bathroom door and collapse on the floor. I stay unconscious for hours before I hear someone knocking on the door and I sit up slowly all of my body aching. I stand up and wash off my legs and arms. I pull on a robe and open the door to find Liam. He embraces me in a huge hug and I wince in pain. He look at me and pull my arms to him then starts to pull up my sleeves, I jerk away and hug myself. He looks down and says plainly, "Get some clothes on if you want to come home.." I nod and walk past him to my room and drop my robe him standing behind me not able to see, I put on jeans and a t-shirt then a coat to hide my arms. He picks me up and walks downstairs and to the door that is already open and my grandparents are nowhere to be found. "Where are they?" I ask nervous.. He smirks, "They are at a church 'meeting'." He laughs and I lay my head in his neck and let him lay me in the car and fall asleep as he drives off to his house and shakes my shoulder as we arrive, "Hey babe. Wake up." I yawn and sit up, "Are we home?" He nods, "But I am just gonna run in and get out stuff." I furry my eyebrows together, "What? Why?" He holds my hand, "I'm not losing you again, we are gonna leave this place. For good."
