The next day

I woke up around 6 or 7 I git my things ready I didn't have time to eat I walked out checked out and got on the motorcycle

I started driving to the place I'm supposed to go I noticed other motorcycle following me I went faster than I heard gun shots I looked back and they tried shooting at me

You- great just great what I needed

I said to myself I made it to the place the helicopter was already there o got off and started running towards it the others caught up I got in and they flew up they tried shooting at it

But we were already high enough I felt myself be calm I finally get to see my baby

There was a doctor fixing my wound that I didn't notice that I got shot cause I wad just focused on my baby

The doctor put ointments and gave me painkillers I thanked her I took a nap

Landing*

I woke up it was alright dark I slept the whole way here they landed on top of the headquarters

I got off and started walking downstairs I took the elevator than I went to the office I opened the door ti see my mom holding my baby

I went towards them to hold my baby I kissed her head I even hugged my mom I was so happy to see my baby she's all I care about

1 year later

My baby is 1 years old she had her birthday 3 weeks ago Henry son Edwin is also 1 years old he had his birthday 2 months ago

We've been keeping a low profile lathan has been trying to search for me we moved headquarters I've been training more

I still have time for my baby bella we still have missions but im deciding on living a normal life with Bella I want her to be like the other kids with a happy family

But that can't happen her dad is a mafia guy I don't want her in any danger but I want her to have a father figure Henry has been playing that role though and Edwin is a cute little boy

We're at the park with the kids it's nice being out but I had a bad feeling about something im not sure what it is but it's bothering me

Henry- I gotta go something came up for work but do you mind taking care of Edwin

You- yeah it's okay I'll see you at the house

Henry- okay thank you

He kissed Edwin head and Bella he kissed my cheek and left I was watching Bella and Edwin play on the sand that was in front of me with a clear view

I got a text from someone I looked and it was a picture of me and the kids at the park from the side of me Iooked at the direction but I didn't see no one I hot worried so I decided that we should leave

I got the kids I started walking to the car I opened the doors and put them in their car seats I closed the door and went to the driver side

I turned on the car when I heard a voice from behind

Lathan- I miss you y/n

I looked back it was lathan I'm the middle between the kids how did I not see him am I that blind I looked at his hand he had a gun luckily I had one on my passenger side under the steering wheel

You- what are you doing here Lathan in my car

Lathan- you left me for a year

You- you kidnapped me

Lathan- it was love that drove me to that

You- that wasn't love lathan you tried shooting at me

Lathan- you took my daughter away from me for a year

You- I want her safe Lathan

Lathan- and I can keep her safe y/n and you too I still love you

You- I've moved on

Lathan- with that Henry guy I never liked him

You- lathan please leave me alone we were never meant to be

Lathan- at least let me see my daughter a couple of times

You- but she's not safe near you

We started having an argument but he left and I drove off now that I've seen him again I think my feelings are coming back

2 months later

Lathan has been visiting me when Henry isn't here but I let him just to see his daughter for a while he tries getting close to me but I don't allow that

We do go out sometime though as a family Edwin is sometimes with his dad visiting his mom for the week

Me and lathan are out at night walking around with bella now that I'm looking at them they look alike the hair the skin tone the lips and nose especially the eyes

Lathan was carrying her I was walking beside him we went to go out and eat it was near the beach it was actually nice but lathan did have bodyguards around in plain sight I spotted a couple of them

We bought some stuffs and laughed

Lathan- I like this

You- what do you mean

Lathan- us as a family

You- yeah I mean me too but I'm not sure

He stopped walking so did I he went in front of me he had his left hand under my side

Lathan- y/n I love you and I won't stop loving you I don't care if you work for the F.B.I I want you by my side

I caught up in the moment he started leaning in so was I we ended up kissing I'm not sure if I'm doing a good thing it feels good but also bad

We spent to whole night together after we had our time he drove me home o got off with bella I said bye to him but he stopped me and gave me a kiss I kissed him back I walked to the door and walked in I went upstairs

Removed my makeup and changed into something comfortable I changed Bella too we went to sleep I was thinking about today with him but eventually I knocked out
