*Rozalina's POV*
TW: Bullying, Cursing, Mention of su*cide
A/N: Anytime Rozalina is speaking to her parents, she is speaking Polish.
An entire week had passed after the bottles fiasco, I had tried to forget about it but it kept sneaking into my thoughts.
My alarm rang and I woke up. I put on some music on my Vinyl and got ready for school. Our school was called Spring Hill High School. A nickname I like to use is hell.
I was singing along to my music when my mum shouted, "Rozalina! You're late! The bus just left!"
I ran to my mum and sighed watching the bus leave.
"I'll take you, grab your stuff," she said.------------------------------------------------------------------
I had arrived at school and I spotted the school mascot, it was a frog because it represents spring. If I got to decide the school mascot, I'd probably choose an eagle.
My school was huge, I'm surprised I've never gotten lost in that place. The inside had green walls with a few paintings which was probably the only thing I liked there. There was a yard right in the centre where my friends and I would hang out.
My first class was Math which I hated. My Math teacher was Mrs Mandy. She was one of the strictest teachers in the entire school. She hated me because I would doodle when I finished my work. Thankfully, today's lesson was alright.
I was a Junior in high school and my parents were getting a bit worried for me. I wasn't really smart and I didn't know what I wanted to do after graduating. My parents wanted me to go to college but I wasn't really fond of the idea.
I had three lessons after that and then it was Lunch. I went into the queue and got myself some Vegetable Chili. I then went to sit down next to my friends.
"Hi," I said.
"Hi," all of my friends replied.
"How's life?" Erik asked.
"I keep worrying about that," I said.
"Don't worry, I'm starting to doubt that that is gonna happen," Michelle said.Suddenly, the group of popular girls came over to us.
"That's our table," Lucy, one of the mean girls, said.
Michelle rolled her eyes, "I don't think so."
"Shut up pervert," she said, "Go away.""No," Erik stood up.
Thankfully, they left.
"I can't wait to leave this sh*t school," I said.
All of my friends nodded in agreement. An hour later, it was the end of school. Most people were staying behind as it was the football match. None of my friends were staying behind as they were all interested in soccer.
We met up outside of school but we all knew that we couldn't meet up as we all had homework to do. I headed onto the bus and sat at the back to not draw too much attention to myself.
I then spotted Bessie, the nerdy girl, crying.
"Are you okay?" I asked.
"Leah k*lled herself," she cried.A tear fell down my eye. Leah was Bessie's best friend, she didn't have any other friends as everyone else would bully her.
"I'm so sorry," I said, "At least she's in a better place now."
"I'm trying to think that but I miss her terribly," she said.
"I would too if I lost my best friend," I said, "If you want, we could be friends?"She hugged me, "Thanks Rozalina."
I smiled and then realised my stop had come, "I need to go, see you tommorow."I got off the bus and headed inside the house. I saw that my dad was watching the news so I sat beside him.
"How was school?" he asked.
"Same old," I said."The government has announced that they will be introducing special pills in school and work places," the news reporter said.
This couldn't be happening. My worst fear was coming true.
