You wonder where you went wrong and what you could have done. You read into every detail, searching for answers. The thing is, it was not your fault. You will never find answers because you are not the cause of what is happening. The only thing you did was give all your love to someone who was not ready to receive it. While you were prepared to move forward, this person was looking for any reason to run. While they are still curing their heart, you have mended yours from so much heartbreak. Do not try to save them; let them do so alone. Do not lose your mind in wonder. When the time is right, whether it is them or someone else, two hearts fully healed will meet and become one.
