Ice Kingdom
Opening the envelope, Elisa read the letter over and over. Was this true? Was she actually invited into the prestigious elite royal school Royale High? Quietly gasping, Elisa was about to scream for her parents when she heard strong knocks on the door.
When her parents opened the doors to the castle, they were greeted by soldiers, who all pointed their guns at the family. Elisa dropped her letter and ran forward to check out the commotion. She flinched and clung to her older sister, Theresa. Theresa was not any better; her face was as pale as a sheet. Both sisters trembled as the soldiers demanded for the family to pack their things and follow them.
Hearing this, neither parents felt safe. Unsure what to do, the usually logical and reserved Elisa grabbed the letter and fled their home, not wanting her safety to be compromised.
After going through a teleportation portal
Elisa was finally free from danger! With just the letter in her hands, Elisa looked around. Relief was replaced with panic. Where was she?
Looking around desperately for some help, she let the signs of the subway guide her as she picked up her speed. There, she bought all things needed for her arrival to Royale High. After that, she went to her new school building with her hands full - in a subway transporting her from the Royale district to Royale High.
Reaching Royale High station
Upon reaching the station for Royale, as there wasn't a second subway, Elisa had to sit the carriage to Royale High. Placing her luggages at the bottom of the carriage, Elisa awkwardly sat on the carriage, silently looking out of the windows as she mentally prepared herself for the new life ahead of her.
Reaching her new school
The minute the carriage pulled to Royale High, two bodyguards rushed to her side. One guided her out while the other got her belongings. After greeting the carriage man, the second bodyguard whispered, "Queen Alicia would like to see you urgently. Please follow me."
Elisa followed the bodyguard cautiously, trying not to glance around lest someone notice her.
Principal's office
The bodyguards knocked on the door. "Queen Alicia," the bodyguard informed. "Elisa has arrived."
Putting down her eyeglasses, the Queen took Elisa by the hand gently and replied, "I'll take over from here."
"Thanks." The door closed behind Elisa.
"Take a seat, Elisa," Queen Alicia informed her. "So first of all, congrats for getting into Royale High. Here's your school journal."
Receiving the school journal gratefully, Elisa flipped the pages, wondering could be inside. Once she found out what she had to find out, she greeted, "Thank you very much, Queen Alicia."
"It's my pleasure. The reason why I want to summon you to my office so urgently is because you are the chosen one."
"The chosen one?"
"Yes. This continent of Destiny has thirteen cities, Royale, Ice, Light, Love, Nature, water, creativity, popstar, animals, music, dark,
Fire and technology. But General Peter and his soldiers have set off invading Destiny. I have received your forms to apply for Royale High and I have thus appointed as a Pretty Cure. Here, take this Royal Brooch."
"Pretty cure? Royal Brooch?" Elisa asked as she cautiously took her Royal Brooch.
"Yes. Do not touch them just yet. Here's Bambo, your panda mascot. She will guide you on how to use the Royal Brooch."
"Ok. Thank you for appointing me this role." Elisa walked out formally, looking at her new dorm room allocation while hugging Bambo. Stuffing it in her pocket, Elisa continued walking to her new dorm.
Corridor
On the way to her new dorm, Elisa was faced with her first VILLIAN, Frostbite. "I will make you forget about modesty!" Frostbite screamed. "Go, Gangphone!" Elisa grabbed her brooch, unsure what to do.
"Elisa!" Bambo instructed. "Press the red button and say 'Pretty Cure, Dress up!'"
"Alright!"
Transformation
Pressing the red button on her Royal Brooch, Elisa yelled, "Pretty Cure, Dress up!" After this, she untied her braid. Drawing a snowflake, she formed her snowflake shirt and skirt. Turning around, a trail of cloth grew behind her. She tapped her feet for boots. Pressing the brooch on her neck, she got a choker and then a tiara. Putting the tiara on her head, her ginger coloured hair turned into a light blue ponytail. Elisa attached her brooch to her shirt and posed.
"The nostalgic snowflakes fall on the ground! Cure Winter!"
Corridor
Elisa stood there dazed in her new dress. She took some time before she processed what was going on and once she did, sprung forward, ready to attack. Kicking the monster, she did a double backflip.
"Oh, so that's all you got, cure winter?" Frostbite scoffed.
Elisa's frown twitched before she punched, screaming louder than a loudhailer. This aroused curiosity among students passing by, submitting last minute holiday homework to the different classes. Nevertheless, she threw blows on the monster, dazing them. Enough would eventually daze the monster.
"You did it!" Bambo squealed. "Now touch the brooch again to launch your finisher!" Elisa nodded in determination.
Attack
Touching the gem on her brooch, Elisa unpinned it. Drawing another snowflake, Elisa posed on and screamed, "Freeze, all impure thoughts! Ice Shower!" The snow froze the Gangphone, with Frostbite twitching in anger.
Corridor
Clenching his fist, Frostbite mumbled, "What's wrong, Winter?"
Elisa stood at the corridor, processing whatever just happened. Queen Alicia ran up to Elisa and remarked, "I didn't think Gangphone would attack so suddenly after my task has been given. But anyway, you did a great job! You will need 2 more to complete the team. Good luck finding!"
"Thanks," Elisa replied formally. She gracefully turned around, navigating her way back to her dorm.
