Royal Rods and the final wish

The portal formed and everyone jumped in to return to Royale High.

Walking out of the Clubroom, Elisa locked the Clubroom and admitted, "We didn't do much today, huh?"

"Chill," Alicia reassured. "We at least achieved one goal; now we just have to work on the slides and think about our altruistic wish."

Elisa froze. What did she believe in other than success and work?
The next day
Elisa's dorm room
Elisa woke up at 4am that day even though she only went to bed a few hours ago. She turned her laptop on and searched on the search engine: altruistic wishes worth wishing for.

She searched the entire article, yet couldn't find anything that resonated. Closing her laptop in exasperation, she nearly gave up when the altruistic wish rang in her mind once more: she wanted to bring back what's lost.

But she had fulfilled this wish.

So she had to change her wish.

How about... never letting go about what she found back?
Breakfast
At breakfast, everyone was discussing about the altruistic wishes they wanted to make, but Elisa insisted over and over they could only make one wish. After bickering and a case of near choking, they finally decided on Elisa's altruistic wish: never letting go what they have found back.

All they knew was they just had to say those words again when that final wish had to be made.

"Where are those little buggers?" Loveless asked in annoyance. "They are faster than we adults, but all they are dumb, broke high school kids."

"Yes," Deforestation replied. "Don't weepy, I spent 3 days and 2 nights crafting this headgear that would help us track down those little buggers." He wore the headgear and analysed the surroundings.

Zooming to the staircase near the classrooms, Deforestation took his leave.

The girls were accompanying one another to their first class when familiar footsteps could be heard. Rather than letting him stalk them, the girls glared at him and chorused, "What are you doing here?"

Without too much hesitation, Deforestation boomed, "I shall cut up the values in your heart! Go, Gangphone!"

"GANGPHONE!" Gangphone boomed.

Without any hesitation, the girls knew what that meant and got their transformation devices ready.
Transformation
Pressing the red button on the Royal Brooch, Elisa, Alicia and Madison chorused, "Pretty Cure, Dress up!"

After this, Elisa untied her braid. Drawing a snowflake, she formed her snowflake shirt and skirt. Turning around, a trail of cloth grew behind her. Madison tapped her feet for boots. Pressing the brooch on her neck, she got a choker and then a heart clip. Putting the blue bow on her head, Alicia's silky black hair became a green ponytail. They pinned their Royal Brooches on their costumes before posing.

Tapping the band on her hand, the band lit up. Drawing a circle, Elena screamed, "Precure, New Royal Routine!"

Elena winked, forming her brand new sailor dress. Tapping her chest, it featured a brand new bow. This was followed by tapping her feet for brand new boots. She turned around for a yellow bow trail. Turning her head down, she lifted it up again for her braid before opening her eyes, revealing her new identity. She then jumped down to join her other guardian friends.

"The nostalgic snowflakes fall on the ground! Cure Winter!"

"Love knows no limits! Cure Sweet!"

"Nurturing the gift of life! Cure Dandelion!"

"The new light glowing at daybreak, Cure Solar!"

"The elements of life!" Elisa and Elena said.

"Unite together!" Madison and Alicia chorused. "Flourish! New Royale Precure!"

Elisa ran up the stairs and grabbed Deforestation's hands. The duo struggled but in the end, Deforestation won the mini struggle game and threw Elisa down the stairs. Elisa rolled down the stairs.

Thankfully, she wasn't injured and could continue fighting. Even though she was fully aware physical combat wouldn't be enough, she still prepared one of her sub-attacks.

Elisa summoned an ice sword from behind. Raising it, she screamed, "May your skin turn blue with frostbite! Precure, Frostbite Sword Turning!" The sword failed on her indeed.

Running up to Gangphone, Alicia started a full-out fist fight. Ending it with an awkward spin,Alicia posed only to get knocked down by Deforestation. Elena stared at the scene in shock and mumbled, "First Elisa, now Alicia. They really playing the knockout (KO) game with us ah..."

Like Elisa, Alicia has proved herself wrong yet again. Summoning her Love Arrow, she pulled the string back and screamed, "May I strike you with this love curse! Royal Lovers Strike!"

Inspired by the duo's determination, Madison followed. She kicked Deforestation first, then Gangphone, leaving her to do her sub-attack. Pressing the red button on her red brooch, Madison made a dandelion and took a puff from it. Releasing the dandelion with her bare hands,  Madison declared, "Let nature reunite with love! Pretty Cure, Dandelion Loving Attack!"

"Now it's your chance, Elena!" Elisa commanded.

"Roger!" Elena replied enthusiastically. She continued beating the villain up with punches and kicks, faster than the speed of light. None of the girls could even see her!

Tapping her band a few times, Elena jumped from side to side. Spreading her arms out wide, Elena screamed, "Spreading light around, Star Spreading!" Yet, Deforestation was not yet defeated.

At that time, four colour coded wands flew from the sky.

"Huh?" The girls asked one another in confusion. No one knew how the rods even became their possession.

The jewel in Elisa's wand goes and an image of the Royal Queen showed. "New Royale Precure, I'm extremely proud of everyone for making it this far," the Queen addressed. "The final battle must happen soon and these four rods would be your tools to help you defeat the big boss. As for now, use them for your new powered up attack."

The girls smiled and nodded at one another, willing to defeat the villain.
Attack
Inserting the Sky Royal Jewel into the hole of the Royal Clock, the clock brightened up. The girls all raised their hands concurrently and chorused, "Royal Clock, grant us your powers!"

Following that, the girls went through another transformation. Their clothes changed, and so did their hair. After transforming, the girls jumped up and posed together, chorusing, "Royale Form!"

"Light Rod!" Elena screamed, and the golden jewel rod landed in her hands.

"Nature Rod!" Madison screamed, and the green jewel rod landed in her hands.

"Love Rod!" Alicia screamed, and the magneta jewel rod landed in her hands.

"Ice Rod!" Elisa screamed, and the blue jewel rod landed in her hands.

"Royal Rods!" The girls chorused once more.

Unpinning her Royal Brooch from her costume, Elisa placed it in the middle of the Royal Clock. The girls all gathered around and pointed their ride in the middle, chorusing, "All the elements and royalty blend together! Precure, Royale Spinning!"

Deforestation and Gangphone were instantly knocked out.

Detransforming, the girls looked in the air blankly. "Now there's left to do is to grant that altruistic wish," Elisa murmured as she left for her first class.
