Beginning of The End

After the test of the orochi, a patrolling sub reported it's findings to the Azur lane base.
This alerted azur lane to the issue, and forced them to attack the sirens

At the same time, Sakura Empire and Iron Blood are working to right their past wrongs with the sirens. At least the Sakura Empire.

Observer: "It seems like everything's going the way we planned."

Arbiter: The Emperor: "Yes, very much so. All four of the factions are coming here, allowing us to destroy all their bases while this battle is roaring."

Purifier: "Will I get to fight Enterprise when she arrives?"

Arbiter: The Emperor: "No, I shall punish Enterprise. She shall pay for forcing me to become an Arbiter again. Unfortunately, I'm not able to repair my rigging currently. Besides, there are more important things to worry about."

Observer: "Yes, once we've destroyed the factions, you'll have plenty of time to repair your previous body."

Emperor nods and looks out at the ocean.

Arbiter: The Emperor: "I remember when our world once looked like this."

Observer: "What?"

Arbiter: The Emperor: "Don't worry about it. Let us begin."

He looks further and sees the Sakura Empire approaching first.

Arbiter: The Emperor: "It seems we have some visitors. Testers, go and greet our esteemed guests."

Tester: "As you wish, my lord."

The Testers fly down to greet the Sakura Empire ships.

Arbiter: The Emperor: "While Tester greets our guests, shall we get to work on preparing the "Present" for the ship bases?"

Observer: "Yes, we should get to that. We must ensure that nothing goes wrong with this plan. We can't allow the Orochi to be destroyed."

Purifier: "Well, what can I do, my lord?"

Arbiter: The Emperor: "Purifier, you can gather the troops for this decisive battle. The orochi does contain ships and pawns, but only a small amount. Those are only for emergencies, understood?"

Purifier: "Yes, I understand. It will be done, my lord."

Purifier summons the ships and pawns to battle the factions, to protect the orochi from anything that dares to damage it.

Arbiter: The Emperor: "Very good. Now, all we need to do is wait for the others to arrive. While I wait, I'll be watching the Sakura Empire falter beneath our might."

Emperor moves towards the part of the ship with Kaga and Orochi. Upon seeing Kaga, he notices something. Kaga is on the ground, and she's crying.

Arbiter: The Emperor: "Orochi, what are you doing? You're supposed to be manipulating her into fighting the Sakura Empire for us."

Orochi: "Ah, Master. Well, I have not been able to get through to her, but perhaps you can. After all, you were the one to manipulate the sisters in the first place."

Arbiter: The Emperor: "Very well."

Emperor walks over to Kaga, crouches down and lifts her chin.

Arbiter: The Emperor: "Kaga, what are you doing on the floor, crying? You have achieved your dreams, and yet you cry. Why is that?"

Kaga: "My sister is ruder than I remember. What should I do?"

Arbiter: The Emperor: "Well, maybe they're angry because you're allowing the Sakura Empire attack the Orochi. As for what you should do, it's protect the Orochi from enemies."

Kaga: "But, it's my friends. It would be treason to attack them, wouldn't it?"

Arbiter: The Emperor: "No, they betrayed themselves. They gave up their most powerful weapon that they had. So, you are the only one who can lead them."

Kaga: "Very well. Thank you sisters."

Kaga activates her rigging and her eyes glow.

Kaga: "I will not allow harm to orochi."

Kaga walks off, to fight her fellow ship girls, manipulated by Emperor.

Emperor watches, feeling pity for manipulating Kaga. Until his thinking is interrupted by an incoming call.

Observer: "Emperor, the Azur lane has arrived."

Arbiter: The Emperor: "Understood. The decisive battle... Is about to begin."

And that is the end. In the next chapters, it'll be the end of the anime and the book. Comment some books ideas and I'll think about them. I might also create a book dedicated to siren life, like siren time.
