Aemma sat next to Luke, despite Alicent urging Aemma to sit with Aemond.

"I dine with Aemond at every meal, I think he will understand if I sit with my brother." Aemma squeezed Alicent's hands and she pressed a kiss to her cheek as she took her seat. Rhaena sat next to Baela, who was seated next to Jace. He sat next to Aegon, who was sitting with Helaena. Aemond sat at the opposite end of the table, his eye focused on Aemma and Luke's joined hands.

"You look beautiful, Flower." Rhaenyra said as she entered, stopping to kiss Aemma's forehead before taking her seat next to Daemon. There was a large space between Alicent and Rhaenyra for Viserys' chair to sit when he arrives. Otto sat next to Alicent, his cold eyes focused on his cup.

"Thank you, Mother. It's one of your old dresses." Aemma smiled at her mother. Rhaenyra had left collections of dresses when she left Kings Landing, and Aemma was finally old enough to wear them. It made her happy, and she felt closer to her mother whenever she wore them.

"Well, it looks far better on you than it ever did I." Rhaenyra said as she rubbed her stomach. Daemon smiled at his wife and placed his hand over hers.

Aemma stood and approached Aemond, resting her hand on the back of his chair.

"You look happy." She said, sitting on the edge of Helaena's chair as she leaned over the table to speak with Otto.

"I am enjoying spending time with my family." Aemond said, his face showing that he would rather be doing anything but.

"You seem to have a dislike for my family." Aemma said as she reached for Aemond's cup of wine, bringing it to her lips.

"I thought you would have sworn off drinking after last time." Aemond smirked as Aemma nearly choked on her wine. "And I simply do not take kindly to others insulting my wife-to-be. Is that such a bad thing?" He asked, tilting his head ever so slightly.

"I can defend myself." Aemma said, setting down Aemond's cup.

"Yes, you proved that quite well yesterday." Aemond said, smiling. "Perhaps Ser Criston went easy on you."

"Or I really am just that good." Aemma shrugged, standing as Helaena returned to her seat.

"Sorry!" Helaena said, pulling Aemma down to place a quick kiss on her cheek. Aemond watched the interaction between the two with a small smile on his face.

"It seems we have our own little dinner party over here." Aegon said as he approached Aemond and Aemma. He was holding his cup of wine in one hand, and the pitcher in the other.

"Someone's thirsty." Aemma said, raising her eyebrows.

"I am merely providing supply to my demand." Aegon shrugged.

"You drink quite a lot if the demand is that large." Aemond said as he stood and leaned on the post next to them.

"You don't drink nearly enough." Aegon said, nodding to his cup.
