CHAPTER 1.4: PRACTICE

"Even with my coffee, I see you just can't help but trouble me huh?" Zero, once again, heard his voice, sounding less irritated but equally terrifying for the young idol.

"S-sorry. P' Josh gave it to---" Zero flinched as a hand cupped his hand that was holding the cold drink.

Zero couldn't help but notice the difference of their hands. Though they were equally fair, the other's hand was quite larger that his. Zero's hand wasn't that small but it suddenly became small compared with Kian's.

Zero's eyes followed Kian's hand as he took the drink from his hand before drinking from it. The young one couldn't help but gulp at the thought of Kian drinking from the same straw he already used.

"What? You're clean, right?" Kian asked after noticing the young one's gaze.

"Y-yeah, I'm clean. U-uhm... I forgot something in my bag. See you later." Zero stuttered as he quickly walked away from Kian, the latter smiling in amusement.

Zero tried his best to calm down. He still couldn't seem to understand the reason behind Kian's actions. However, it's bothering the young idol how that man's actions are making him panic and feel uneasy.

"Maybe it's his new way of teasing me. Right. He's just trying to piss me off." Zero thought to himself as he took a deep breath.

Come to think of it, it wasn't that long when Kian told him to back out. This was probably another method for him to make Zero suffer. However, the young one is determined to go through this project till the end, even if it means playing along with Kian.

Days went by fast as the day of the first shoot came near. Zero, Kian, Vin, and Josh have already gone through some stunt trainings while Eris was nowhere to be seen. Zero continued avoiding contact with Kian as long as he could and so far, they haven't been in an area together, it was always either with Josh or some other staff. Mission avoiding Kian was sailing smoothly not until the tenth day wherein he arrived at the warehouse and heard his name out of the blue.

"Zero! Come here!" coach Hanna, their acting coach, called out as the young actor immediately ran towards her.

"Yes coach?" Zero asked, now noticing that Kian was seated infront of the woman.

"Sit here. Let's practice physical touch." Hanna commanded as she pulled Zero by the wrist, making him sit on the metal chair infront of Kian.

"P-physical?" Zero panicked as his eyes saw Kian's smug face.

"You've never done it?" Kian asked making Zero glare at him quickly.

"Hey, chill. You're being too real with your characters." Hanna laughed as Zero quickly looked away.

In the story, Zin and Eli start off with a misunderstanding, causing the two to hate each other. They would argue from time to time until they apparently grew fond of each other. Seeing as to how the two actors are like cat and mice, Hanna couldn't help but feel excited of their relationship after the series.

"I think we have a baby here haha." Kian teased with a chuckle, making Hanna look at him.

"Hey, stop it. It's your job to guide him because you have more experience." Hanna stated as she slapped Kian's arm.

"Yeah Phi. You have way more experience, right?" Zero teased back making Kian roll his eyes in annoyance, the latter smiling at the older one's reaction.

"Okay, that's enough. You've read the story, right?" Hanna asked Zero, him nodding in response.

"So you're aware of the bed scenes, right?" Hanna said with a smile as the young one swallowed.
