Chapter Twelve

"No," I tell them to which they all stared at me .
"What? I'm not going inside," I said with a finality.
"You are gonna need under wear and a bath suit ," Joshua says .
"Yeah and maybe even a dil-" Joshua slaps Elijah in the back of his head making the guys laugh , and I knew damn well what he was gonna say.
"She's my fucking sister bro ," Joshua said ,
"Yeah but she's a girl with needs," Elijah said trying to defend himself. Joshua went to say something when I turn to walk away but was immediately pulled by my hands and led inside the store with the big 'Victoria's Secret ' sign.
"Let me go you fucking doofus!" I scream at Dustin or was it Justin? Who cares? They're pulling me against my will. I tried my best to release myself from their grip. But failed miserably and after a few more attempts I give up and allow myself to be pulled inside. Upon entering they let me go and block the exit, just great.
I'm already here so might as well. So with a sigh I walk off further into the store and start looking around at all the half naked mannequins . My cheeks immediately start to redden , fuck this I quickly walk around until I reach the isle with panties. I pick up all types, from thongs to Brazilian and more. Then I go to the bra section pick up some bra in b cup size , yes my boobs are small.
After that I start to head to the cashier when suddenly I saw it. A red bathing suit , it was revealing but not too revealing. Just my type so ofcourse I got it , and made my way to the cashier where Joshua and the guys were. Joshua paid for my stuff and thankfully we left right after .
After that we went to a shoe store and got me some sneakers and a few heels. Then we went to get me hair essentials including a blow dryer thank god. And then we were ready to leave.
"Okay guys I guess that's i-"
"Don't you go to school?" Ross interrupts me and that's when I remember I've been clear to go to school since last Saturday.
"Oh shit yes how could I forget," I say making the guys groan and so we walked to yet another store to get me a bag and school essentials. After finally getting everything we all walk out of the mall exhausted .
"Can we go now?" I ask or more like whined.
To which they all nodded and headed to their cars but not before placing my bags in the trunk of Joshua's car and then , Josh and I got into his car and were back on the road.
Soon we reached the house and no one seemed to be home so we took my bags up to my room and I started unpacking the stuffs with a smile on my face .
After successfully unpacking everything I went and threw out the shopping bags before returning to my room and plopping unto the bed . As I was about to drift off to sleep my phone vibrated on the bedside table.

I reply with a smile and put the phone back on the bedside table before closing my eyes and letting the sleep endulge me.

At the sudden loudness I jump up from my sleep looking around alert. But realize the sound is coming from downstairs, I pick up my phone and look at the time, just great it's 7:57 . Groaning I reluctantly get up as I remember I have school today . I spread my bed and then grab my outfit for the day and head to the bathroom. Quickly taking a shower and brushing my teeth. Before putting on my clothes. It was simple yet cute the only problem was my scars that were on display .
"You're beautiful," Joshua's words echo through my head and with that I start brushing my hair and doing two french braids and applying a small amount of lip gloss and putting my necklace on and then some perfume before grabbing my backpack and heading out the room but not before putting my phone inside my bag and then I head down the stairs. Upon reaching the bottom of the stairs I was a bit hesitant to enter the kitchen seeing as Joshua's friends were over again.
But after deciding on it I finally pushed myself to enter the kitchen and all of a sudden everyone stopped talking and all eyes turn to me , some lingering on my arms and some at my exposed legs making me shift from side to side.
"Um hi?" I say trying to break the tension,
"Holy fuck you look good ," Elijah says making Joshua slap him in the back of his head and then everyone returned to what they were doing.
I quickly make my way to where Joshua and Elijah are standing , taking a seat on the stool.
"Go make her a sandwich dumbass, and stop ogling her," Joshua says pushing Elijah into the kitchen. Making me laugh.
"But really Clary you look wonderful and I'm glad you took my advice ," Joshua says as soon as Elijah moves. We soon engage in a conversation, him telling me how his school was set up . After a while Elijah returns with a sandwich and orange juice .
"Thanks ," I tell him and immediately start digging in .
Soon I finish and everyone starts heading out ,
"Clary , wait , I know you don't want to spend our money but atleast make me give you money for lunch , please" Melinda begs placing sone money in my hand , I go to refuse but the look in her eyes made me nod and then she smiles widely before telling me goodbye and I walk out the door and towards Josh's car , getting inside .
"Ready for school?" He asks as he drives off.
"Ready as I'll ever be ," I tell him and we both sat in silence after that.
