Vivian's point of view

I've packed my things and I'm going to Mystic Falls right now. I haven't heard from Katherine for two months and we usually talk on the phone at least once a month. I thought she was just running out of time, but I'm starting to get really worried because she doesn't answer her phone at all. When I cast a locator spell earlier this morning, it pointed to Mystic Falls.

I just hope this has nothing to do with Klaus Mikaelson. Katherine has been fleeing Klaus for 500 years because she upset him and he couldn't continue his ritual. I didn't quite understand all that when Kat told me about it. I really hope she's fine.

After 13 hours of driving, I can already see the welcome sign from Mystic Falls with the inscription

'Welcome to Mystic Falls'.

I drove off so spontaneously that I didn't even look for a place to stay. But that's not bad, because I can also just manipulate something here.

Once in town I stop at a bar called 'Mystic Grill'

I gotta say, that's the most uncreative name I've ever heard.

As I open the door, the smell of alcohol and fast food hits my nostrils. I go straight to the bar and sit down on one of the bar stools

"Hi, welcome to Mystic Grill. What can I get you?" a blond waiter asks me.

"Hi, I'd like a bourbon, please." I reply with a smile.

After a few minutes, my glass filled with bourbon is in front of me.

"Thanks...?t'

"Matt' the waiter helps me.

"Thanks, Matt," I smile.

"You're new here, aren't you? I've never seen you here before." Matt asks me.

"Yes, I just got here. I'm here for a friend."

"Then welcome to Mystic Falls. I hope you like it here."

Then he went on to wait on a table at the back by the window.

After ordering my second bourbon, I hear the grill door open, but I don't really care, but the person walks right up to me at the bar.

"Vivian! the person asks in surprise, so I turn to look at them.

"OMG Stefan! I shriek and quickly pull him into a hug.

"What are you doing here?" Stefan asks me.

"I'm here because I'm looking for a girlfriend. And you?"

"I've been living here with Damon again for a few years."

Stefan and I met in the 20s. I was traveling around the world when I heard about the 'Ripper from Monterey'.

Then I had the pleasure of meeting him in person and somehow we connected. I was able to get to know him better, after that we actually became friends.

I helped the Ripper get back to normal, which took a while, but it was worth it. We've been friends ever since and I met Damon, his brother. We also became friends. From then on they belonged

Do you want to come with me? I'm with Damon and some friends right now. You can get to know them if you're not too busy. Then we can catch up and you can tell me what you've been up to in the last few years."

I immediately agreed because I had really missed him. Together we drove to the Salvatore estate in my car. It was really big and a bit dated, but it still looked nice.
