12. Yes, but I was hoping it would hurt more.

After Elena tells me about her plan, I make my way to Gloria's Bar.

When I get there, I see Klaus and Stefan sitting together and listening.

"You erased my memories." Stefan whispers.

"It was time for me and Rebekah to move on. It's better to make a clean cut."

Now I understand that they talked about their time in Chicago earlier.

"But why? You didn't have to cover your tracks...

Unless you ran from someone."

I'm curious to see what Klaus would say about it.

"The story time is over." is the only thing Klaus says.

I approach the two and sit down next to Stefan. Shortly thereafter, I could see Damon at the entrance. He looked at me and I think that Elena told him everything and that I know about her plan.

I nod to him as a sign to get Stefan to go outside so he could talk to Elena. I carefully nudge Stefan on the side so Klaus couldn't see it.

When he turns his head to me, I nod to Damon, who also looks at him and walks out. Stefan understood and followed him.

"I need another drink. A real one" was his excuse.

"I'd better follow him." I say to Klaus and follow Stefan outside.

When I get outside, I see Damon and Stefan arguing.

I shake my head annoyed.

The two finally see each other again after weeks and already start to argue. sibling love..

"Klaus almost saw Elena today! Get them out of Chicago!" Stefan shouts angrily.

"She doesn't go anywhere without you and believe me I've tried!" Damon hisses back.

"She is the key to everything. Klaus must not know that she is still alive!"

"What are you talking about?" Damon looks at his brother in confusion.

"She should have died in the ritual. Now Klaus can't create new hybrids and his witch is about to find out." I explain to Damon.

"Tell Elena to forget me and go home!" Stefan says back to Damon.

"Tell her yourself."

I look in the direction the brothers are looking and I see Elena. She is beautiful and is wearing a short purple dress. To give the two of them a chance to talk, Damon and I go in and we sit right next to Klaus.

"You never give up, huh?" Klaus begins the conversation.

"Give me my brother back and you'll never have to see me again."

"Well, I'm undecided. I promised Stefan I wouldn't let you die, but how many bribes do I have to commit to. You obviously want to die, otherwise you wouldn't be here."

"What can I say there? I'm looking for a real kick."

Klaus just smirked before suddenly standing up with VG and grabbing Damon by the neck. He holds Damon up so high that Damon is already floating off the ground.

"Oh my, what was that?" I hear Klaus mockingly ask ignorantly after hearing Damon crack a little.

"I'm a bit tipsy so I'm sure you'll forgive me if I accidentally miss your heart," Klaus whispers to Damon, stabbing a small pike in his chest.

"Klaus stop that!" but he completely ignored me.

He was about to stab again, but I VG run over to him and grab his hand.
