The next day, at school, I'm unable to focus on anything except for the kiss Tomoe and I shared the night before. Practically all of my classmates are concerned enough to ask me if I'm doing alright, seeing as I'm spacing out more than usual. I simply tell them that I'm tired due to sleeping poorly the night before, which is the truth, since I was up all night because of a racing heart. Surprisingly, after he overhears me relay this, Levi gives me a cup of coffee he had been saving for himself. I attempt to refuse his offer, but he insists with a nearly non-existent smile.

"Just take it," he demands, "It'll make you feel better."
I can't help but feel warm inside because of his kind actions. After witnessing this, some of the other guys, specifically Jean, Deidara and Sanemi, end up presenting to me other hot beverages to help me stay awake throughout the day, seemingly envious of Levi. And at one point, Neji offers me his shoulder to lay on, telling me that I should rest in-between classes so I don't run out of energy before fourth hour. So, I end up taking a short nap beside him, my head comfortably resting upon his shoulder.

Eren, on the other hand, forces me to let him carry me whenever I need to go up or down the stairs.

"Just shut up and be grateful," he spits, even though I can see right through his facade.

Lady Tsunade was right... he's a total softie.

Giyuu also contributes by carrying my backpack and other belongings to every single one of my classes. He claims that it's the least he can do after I helped him get a bit of extra rest yesterday morning.

Before lunch begins, Itachi offers to abandon Hidan altogether during art class so he can instead aid me in completing my painting. He tells me that he'll follow my every instruction and artistic idea as he does the physical work of moving the brush along the canvas. I accept graciously, not wanting to make him feel as though I wouldn't enjoy his company.

As for the rest of the boys, they dote on me throughout the entire day, constantly asking what I desire and fetching me whatever I want whenever I so much as wish for something. Even Hidan and Sanemi participate.

I feel like a Princess, or something. I could get used to this.

But as soon as I enter the cafeteria, I get swarmed by a gaggle of angry girls.

"What is the matter with you?!" One shouts, pointing accusingly at me, "You use the junior boys like they're your slaves!"

I cross my arms, already irritated.

"I would never use anyone!" I retort, "They're just being nice to me, offering to help me out because I'm extremely exhausted today."
"It's not fair!" Another girl exclaims, "Why do you get to be the center of attention?! The junior boys are the hottest ever! You can't have all of them!"
I push through the crowd, trying to ignore them, as more girls begin to chime in, accusing me of hogging all of the eleventh grade boys. But I end up getting knocked over, and fall to the ground. Before I can come to my own defense, however, a bright light flashes for a split second and before I know it, Tengen is standing right in front of me, protecting me from the raging girls.

"Leave her alone, Ladies," he orders.

The girls' demeanors begin to shift at his very presence. They begin to practically fall at his feet, throwing themselves at him.

I can't really blame them——Tengen's undeniably hot.

"Tengen, I love you!" One of them screams.

"If you all want to impress me," he begins, smirking devilishly, "Then, you'll stop being mean to Y/N! It's so un-flashy of you!"

The girls whine but eventually acquiesce.

"Okay," one of them sighs, "Anything for you, Tengen!"

As the girls begin to dejectedly return to their respective lunch tables, Tengen helps me to my feet.

"Thank you," I say appreciatively.

Tengen flashes me a dashing smile as he scoops me into both of his muscular arms and sweeps me off of my feet, lifting me upward just enough so our eyes are at the same level. Our faces are frighteningly close to one another.

Please don't tell me he's going to kiss me in the middle of the lunchroom...

"It's hard to show restraint around you, Y/N," he murmurs, causing my body to tingle, "But I can wait knowing that tomorrow evening, I will have you all to myself."
I nearly lose my breath as his eyes fall upon my lips, gazing at them desperately.

...I'm doomed.

———

Today, it's Tohru's turn to take me home, meaning that I'll have to face Yuki yet again since they live together.

As the three of us walk back to their house in complete silence, I can't help but feel a bit anxious about what may occur.

"Are you feeling better yet, Y/N?" Tohru asks kindly, resting a hand on my shoulder.

"Yes, thank you," I reply, "Everyone was such a big help today! Although, I really wish they wouldn't give me too much special treatment... I was only tired, after all."

I notice Yuki roll his eyes at me.

"Y/N," he speaks up after a long time, "All of us already care about you so much. We want to take care of you."

I shyly grin at him.

"Thanks, Yuki."

Soon, the tension between Yuki and I starts to dissipate and the evening becomes an enjoyable one. The three of us laugh and talk a bit as we do homework together, and then enjoy a nice meal with hot-headed Kyo once he arrives home. I frown when I glance at the clock and glean that it's already almost bedtime.

Some fresh air would be nice before bed...

I step outside, leaning against the balcony attached to their lovely outdoor porch. The night sky is so magical tonight... almost as if someone painted it.

I nearly jump out of my skin when I hear the door behind me swing open. Out walks Yuki, and I begin to get deja-vu. A bit embarrassed, I face front yet again when his eyes match mine.

"Y/N..." he murmurs, "About the other night, I——"

I hold a hand up as to make him stop talking. He trails off, a small pout on his face.

"It was my fault," I admit, "I went too far, I'm sorry."

He shakes his head passionately, surprising me a bit.

"No! It's not that, I just..."
He takes a deep breath as I raise my eyebrows, anxious for him to continue, but a little afraid of what he might say.

"I like you, Y/N," he whispers, averting my gaze.

I fall completely silent, unsure of how to respond.

Did he just confess to me? Seriously?! He's so bold! I never would have expected this from him.

"Yuki," I finally muster up the courage to say, "I——"

He presses a finger to my lips before I can utter anything else.

"Don't say anything," he pleads, "Don't reject me yet. I'll win your heart, I promise I will."

I don't know if I was necessarily planning on rejecting him... How could I reject someone this cute?

I inhale sharply as he unexpectedly leans in and places a tender kiss on my forehead. And when he pulls away, he places the tip of his nose against mine, caressing it lightly.

Our lips are so close to touching, I don't think I can take much more of this... or I'll cave completely!

"Get some sleep, Y/N," he practically mouths before stepping away from me and heading back indoors.

Once he's gone, I nearly lose my balance from complete and utter shock.

First Tomoe, and now Yuki?! Jeez... am I going to have kissed every one of the junior boys by the time I've stayed at all of their homes?

My heart is going crazy in my chest. I have a feeling, I won't be getting too much sleep tonight either.
