Unfinished Business (Legolas + Tauriel)

Blood Shed

When Tauriel saw the path went in separate paths she was clueless. When she looked straight, she saw some thing waving in the distance. She rode to it, finding dead men and orcs, along with their mutts. A small battle had taken place between the men of Rohan and orcs.

"A battle had taken place," said Tauriel as she looked down at the bodies. "That explains the path going in two different directions."

By looking around, she saw more orcs killed by Legolas's arrows. She turned her horse back to the separate path. When she headed to the path, she saw Aragorn heading for Helms Deep in the distance. He was riding on a horse. Aragorn looked weak and out of it. He was barely hanging on to his horse.

She hopped off her horse and looked at the city.

"There it is, Legolas is behind those gates of Helms Deep." said Tauriel to her calm horse.

Suddenly, Tauriel heard a noise from behind her. She walked over to the edge of the hill. Tauriel was shocked. She saw an orc army coming to extinguish the race of man. The orc army was much bigger than the army of man. She turned toward Helms Deep again.

"What have you gotten yourself into mellon (friend)?" mumbled Tauriel.

Tauriel heard a horn blow. She saw a group of archer elves being welcomed into the gates of the city.

"Haldir." said Tauriel as a tear fell from her cheek.

Tauriel was now upset that Haldir and Legolas would be fighting a war with many orcs. Tauriel was now worried for two people, who she really cared about. Haldir was a very good friend to Tauriel. She was also worried for Legolas. She knew they both could take care of themselves, but she still worried. The orcs reached the city and it began to rain. A few minutes passed, and the war between men and orcs began. Tauriel saw arrows fly and orcs charge. Suddenly, the city's wall blew up.

"Legolas!" shouted Tauriel.

Tauriel hopped on her horse and rode around the orcs, to the other side of Helms Deep. She went down the hill and joined the battle. She began firing her arrows at orc scum, not missing one. She used her spears to stab orcs once in awhile. She saw Haldir stabbed twice by an orc. Aragorn had rushed over to him, but it made no difference. Haldir was gone. Tauriel's blood began to boil. She put all her might into her attacks. As she took an arrow and fired it, making it go through the heads of two orcs.

Legolas was fighting around the same area of Tauriel. Legolas saw her fighting with an orc. He was very shocked to see her here. At first, he thought it was just him seeing stuff, but she was really there. Tauriel kept fighting. She didn't see Legolas.

"Tauriel!" shouted Legolas.

Tauriel stabbed the orc she was fighting and looked up at Legolas with a smile. Then an orc blocked Tauriel from Legolas's view. When the orc moved Tauriel had vanished. He wondered where she went. Legolas continued on fighting, with Tauriel on his mind.

The king ordered a retreat. Tauriel fled back to her horse.

When the sunrise came Tauriel saw Gandalf and an army of men charge at the orcs, along with Eomer. At the end of the battle, the orcs retreated into the trees and the trees awoke to kill the orcs.
