**Maya's P. O. V.**

After the kisses, I couldn't get them out of my head. I couldn't get him off my mind.

I got up and went to work at the gas station, when I was finished the boss gave me my new schedule. I got less days and hours. He said he hired more workers since I'm not reliable anymore. Guess I'll need a next job again.

I went to the diner and got dressed in the uniform, I was off today but was covering for a coworker, her son was sick and needed to go see a doctor. I'll need more hours at this hell hole, to survive.

After that shift, I changed back into my clothes, which were a booty-short Jean pants, a v neck black shirt and sandals. I went into town to send money to my sister to pay for school, the dean was nice enough to let my sister pay when I got the money.

Then I saw a tall building with his name on it, this must be his office. I went in, it was luxurious. Everything was shiny. Business people filled the place, walking to get to their various places. I walked around looking like a child in Disney land.

"Can I help you?" I heard someone ask, I quickly turned around to see a beautiful woman.

"Oh no just looking." I say with a smile.

"I'm sorry but you'll have to leave if you have no business to conduct here."

"Okay thanks." I said running my hand through my wild hair.

As I was leaving I bumped into someone, "I'm sorry."

"It's okay." He said and I finally looked up to see Nate smiling down at me.

"Nate. Didn't realize it was you."

"I know. Did you visit Shayne?"

"No."

"So what are you doing here?"

"I was in town and saw his name on the building so I decided to look around, but a woman told me I had to leave if I'm not conducting any business here."

"Which one?"

I looked around for her, and finally found her behind the front desk. "The one at the front desk."

"Okay, follow me." He said and we walked over to her.

"Hi, good afternoon sir." The woman said looking at him, not even glancing at me.

"Good afternoon. If you like your job when you see this woman come in, you'll inform your boss and allow her to go up to him. Okay?"

"Yes sir." She said giving me a fake smile, I roll my eyes then hit her back with a fake one. We walked towards the elevator and waited for it. Then stepped in taking it all the way to the top. We stepped out and walked towards a door, most likely his office. Nate knocked then entered, I stood there wondering if I should go in.

"Come in." Nate said. I stepped in, his office was as luxurious as the rest of his building. He was so in his work, he didn't look up. "Shayne?" Nate called.

"What? Can't you see I'm busy." I took a step back wanting to leave.

Nate smiled, "You have a visitor."

"Who?" He asked looking up, he dropped his pen when he saw me. He immediately got up and made his way to me. "Is everything alright?"

"Yes." I said watching the ground, he placed his finger under my chin and lift my head up, staring into my eyes.

"I'll leave the two of you alone." Nate said leaving.

"What are you doing here?"

"I was in town and I saw your name on the building so I wanted to check it out."
