***Maya's P.O.V***

I got up early got dressed in a tights and a top and left to go visit my mother.

I snuck in and changed into a nurse uniform, putting the money at the front desk, when it was clear. The norm.

I walked to my mother's room and open the door.

"Hello nurse."

"Hello." I said with tears in my eyes, she still didn't recognize me.

"You look familiar but yet I can seem to remember from where."

"It's okay. So how are you feeling today?"

"I'm good. Can't wait to see my friends. We're going to try to do this new dance we saw on the internet. "

"Oh sounds like you're enjoying yourself. " I said with a smile.

"Oh yes!" She said smiling.

I was so happy she was happy, not remembering our past and living in her own little world.

"Oh hello there handsome. " She said making me turn around, to see him standing there by the door.

"What are you doing here?" I asked.

"I'm visiting of course. " He answered.

"But I don't know you." Mom said looking at him confused.

"Sorry ma'am he's my boyfriend and likes to visit me." I said trying to clear it up so she isn't confused.

"Oh ok but that's so nice of you sir." She said smiling brightly.

"I know." He said with a smile.

"Okay let's go." I said dragging him him out the room. Once we were outside I asked, "What the hell?"

"Don't give me that attitude!" He commanded. We started leaving, "And I gave you freedom and you go around hiding for what? If you want to visit your mother you can. No more nurse outfits unless it's a sexy one for me." He said smirking.

"Your nasty."

"I know."

We got to the car and he helped me inside, sitting next to me in the back while his driver was in the front. The car started and soon we were on our way.

He handed me cash. "No more paying for her, I have it covered." The cash I left to pay for my mother.

"You pay for a lot already."

"Well I just won't pay you then."

"That's fine with me." I said but realized the car took a wrong turn. "Where are we going because this isn't the way home?"

"But it is, our home."

"What do you mean?" I asked then we pulled into a familiar area. "Is this where I think it is?"

"Yes." He said smiling at me.

We stopped in front of the familiar house, my nerves acting up.

"Relax. You're safe here, okay." He said assuring me.

"Okay." I said taking a deep breath in. He took my hand and walked me into the house.

"Welcome home!" Someone said frightening me.

"What are you doing here?" Shay asked.

"Can't I visit my brother?"

"Not when you're supposed to be in school."

"I skipped."

"I can clearly see that. I hope you're not going by that chick."

"She's not a chick, she's my girlfriend and yes I'm going by her. She's not feeling well."
