"You're going to pay for that Anita."

Revenant emerged from the shadows, aiming straight for her head.

Bullets dashed toward Bangalore, but she was just a bit more prepared. Bangalore bolted at us.

"Not so fast!" Revenant yelled as he continued shooting her. He tossed his silencing device, capturing the soldier.

"Agh!" She screamed. Impaired, but not defeated, Bangalore kept fighting. She fired her R-301 with nearly perfect accuracy.

Revenant took a few bullets to the chest, but his body armor upheld him. He continued to run forward, putting more and more pressure with every step.

"Stay clear you guys," Revenant said over the microphone. He slid behind some stacked wooden pallets. Mirage and I started to scoot away quietly.

"Heh, where do you guys think you're going?" Bangalore laughed. She ducked behind some rocks and reloaded her weapons.

"You know (Y/N), I should really just keep you for myself. Using you as bait for Revenant would be a pretty good plan, don't ya think?" Bangalore peeked over the rocks.

"W-what?"

"Yeah, you know, when emotions get in the way of fighting, you just tend to start doing anything." Bangalore shot a few bullets.

Mirage rolled his eyes, "That thing has no emotion. He just knows how to kill, kill, kill. And I hope he kills, kills, kills you."

"Pft, (Y/N)'s life is on the line. He is the furthest thing from calm right now." Bangalore got up cautiously and peered down the pallets Revenant was hiding behind.

"Warning- Ring closing." The announcer projected.

"C'mon Revenant, we don't got much time to kill... But I do have a person." She teased.

"I don't care about that skinsuit. I care about winning," He replied coldly, "And I will do anything to win." He laughed murderously as the familar death rattle of his totem rang. He charged towards Bangalore, moving past her bullets.

Nervous but still prepared, she popped her smoke. Mirage and I could do nothing but watch in fear.

Blinding flashes and deafening noises of their guns attacked our senses. Through the smoke, we could see their shadows battling.

I then heard the sound of ash falling. Bangalore did enough damage to destroy Revenant's deathly form.

"Aw, you really did some damage there, Anita. How ironic is that? I can never die despite loving death." Running back from the wooden pallets, he threw his silencing device through the smoke, hitting Bangalore dead on. The silencing device bit at her, plaguing her ability to fight back.

"Mmmph..." She groaned quietly, not letting her weakness show. "I'm still not done with you!"

Revenant was weakened too. His flawed metal and increasingly louder gears were becoming noticable.

Having her abilities silenced, Bangalore could no longer hide the fight from us. Revenant glided across the terrain, leaving a trail of dust behind him. He shot his R-99 with precision. Bangalore reciprocated though, following him with her skilled eye.

Revenant moved back, creating distance between them. We could see Revenant growing exhausted.

"Running out of battery?" Bangalore smirked. Revenant huffed, but did not say a word.
