Baguio (Bonus Chapter)

"Ga, jacket mo." Leni handed the white jacket that I usually wore.

We were in vacation mode kahit nandito talaga kami for official business. We were on a 3-day trip with our friends. 2 days for a convention tapos the last day for ourselves lang. Since work is done, we had the rest of our time here to relax and enjoy.

Kiko, Chel, Trilly, Leila, and Teddy were in Leni and I's hotel room. Actually, Leni's room lang but I sneak in during the late hours of the night so room na namin. We were waiting for Leni to finish with her work call before we leave.

"Ga, tubig mo." Leni said, getting off the phone for a while and pointing to the the flask on the bedside table. I immediately took it, giving her a thankful glance, and putting it inside my bag.

The rest of our friends were busy with their phones or watching the TV while waiting. None of us made any noise because Leni was in a call. Bawal maingay.

"Ga, buhok mo." Leni walked towards me and fixed my hair, phone still pressed to her ear as she continued to delegate tasks. I smiled, melting a little bit at the sweet gesture. She kissed my nose and returned to her call.

A few minutes later, she was done kaya we went to the van. Ang lamig sobra buti na lang inabot ni Leni 'yung jacket ko kanina.

Leni took my hand and rubbed her thumb on the back of it when she noticed na I was still cold kahit naka-jacket na. She smiled assuringly at me and laid her head on my shoulder.

I kissed the top of her head and we looked out the window, admiring the view that we passed.

"Ga, jacket mo."

Napatingin ako sa likod ko when I heard Trilly's voice. Tinaasan ko siya ng kilay and Leila laughed from beside me. "Gago ka, Trilly. Ayan ka na naman."

"Bakit? Binibigay ko lang kay Pangga 'yung jacket niya."

He handed Teddy a jacket which the latter gladly accepted. "Epal ka, 'wag ka mainggit." I told him and turned my attention back to the front.

Tinawanan lang ako talaga naman.

We arrived at our first destination of the day tapos may nag-abot na staff ng tubig. I refused kasi may dala naman ako.

"Ga, tubig mo." Kiko said and handed Chel a bottled water.

Leni shook her head and laughed pero sinamaan ko ng tingin sila Kiko. Nag-peace sign siya only to be slapped away by Teddy. "Ilang ulit ba, sa kabila nga 'yan."

"Ilang taon na nakalipas mula no'ng nanalo tayo tapos bawal pa rin?"

"Oo!"

"Bakit?"

"Baka ma-attract mo ang bad vibes."

Nagtawanan kami and walked around the park, taking pictures and all. Syempre automatically, photographer namin ni Leni ang mga kaibigan namin.

"Dapat may bayad 'to eh." Teddy said.

"Sabit na nga lang tayo sa date nila ni Risa, gusto mo may bayad pa?" Chel argued.

"Syempre ang gipit, sa pagiging third wheel kumakapit."

My heart was full, so was my phone storage. Maliban sa pictures namin ni Leni that our friends took, puro selfie nila kasi alangan naman daw kami lang may picture.

"Dito, picturan mo kami!" Hinatak ko 'yung braso ni Trilly and motioned for Leni to come closer to me.

"Picture na naman?" He complained and Leni put a hand on his shoulder kahit ang liit niya compared to Trilly. "Hayaan mo na. Natuto na akong hindi magreklamo kay Theresia kapag gusto niyang mag-picture."
