I pull up at the Golden spring plaza to get some food from Mama Lissy restaurant.

Me and her son Omar is very close. When I move to stony hill at 17 when my father died he was the only person I talk to. He is a Gym trainer and a Range Shooter traininer.

Mama lissy dishes always shell especially her jerk chicken on fridays. And not to mention her June plum and Sorrel juice.

I drove in and parked near the Plaza Gym and made my way to Mama lissy's Restaurant.

"Mama Lissy a you that"

"Luke, wah gwan mi child how yuh Nevah mek mi know yah stop by today" she called a waitress to finish take the order of the couple she was catering to. She walked over to me and gave me a big hug.

"Know seh a hungry lik mi pon di road and mi seh mek mi stop and pick up smth. Weh the one Omar deh".

"Him shift support to done six a clock round adi Gym cah a him day off from the range today". She said sitting down at a table and I joined her.

"Mia guh link him when mi done but right now a some food Mia pree"

"Now I know why uno a fren two a uno walk wid uno belly every weh uno guh" she said laughing.

"Food afi consume. Gimi mi Friday special Deh Jerk chicken and festival and gimi a one a yuh June plum juice deh"

"All right mi child ago mek one a dem girl Deh bring it to you" she aid walking to the kitchen.

I took out my phone and ring omar.

"Yo dawg".
"Yo wah gwan". He said sounding like him just done knock something.
"How yuh sound Suh u just get some pussy". I said laughing.
"Nuh like how u stay ino mi just a rap up a session adi gym".
"Mi Deh a Mamma Lissy ino come Gimi a link when yuh shower cah mi know u suppose to green"
"Evah a come wid yuh foolishness ino Gimi 20 mins mi soon fawod" he said.
"Ah nuh seh 40" I say hanging up.

"Mama Lissy yuh Nevah disappoint, it look like every time mi buy yuh food it get nicer and nicer" I say giving her a goodbye hug.

"Stay safe mi chile" she followed me to the entrance. Then I make my way over to the gym cah when Omar seh 20 min he means 40.

On my way I saw this Light skinned short cute girl, her hair is in a pony tail it's a bit dark so I didn't see any more of her features. She look sexy yf ina one form of gym suit. She look like she is arguing with a Tall dark-skinned ute weh look like him a get too aggressive.
