Talia's Pov: Friday November 11 📍Stony Hills 6:28pm Turning off the rice and peas pot, i give the stew chicken a last stir before turning off the stove.
I cooked fried chicken, steamed fish, curried shrimp along with stew chicken with rice and peas, bammy, some pasta and baked Mac and cheese.
Mia eat boh 3 plate ino best believe.
Today is the day i finally tell my friends and family along with luke's that we're having a baby.
"B everybody reach now ino" luke said walking in the kitchen.
Deciding to tell them the news first, i followed behind him to the dinning room.
There was 3 of his friends, DD,jesse who brought along his gf rae and Akil. My besties Syri and manda along with my mom and luke's mom,my dad was on a business trip so he couldn't make it.
This is the second time Luke is around my mom, the first time when they met was when he dropped me off at her house to spend some time with her.
I introduced them and i gave them some privacy to have a conversation and it seems like it was a good conversation.
After their conversation she said to me "then yuh finally tek up a good man eeh".
I smiled at the reminder .
She got busy with work seeing that she is an Doctor so I didn't get the chance to to bring him around her more
"Suh a weh the food deh??" Manda blurted out
"All a long me think a sheer shi a sheer out food" syri said after
"Uno love uno belly? That uno come yah fah" i snap back
"Uno invite we to dinner weh u expect?" DD replied.
"Okay so before we eat we wanted to talk to you guys about something before..." i said
"Suh whatever u ago tell we couldn't wait?" Manda said.
"Yall irritating me" I blurt out feeling annoyed.
