Flash: A SnowBarry Love Story

Months later Ronnie returns and complicates things

Barry POV:
It's been 4 months since my first kiss with Caitlin and I was happy about that first kiss. We had talked the next day and we agreed to start off slow so we went on a few dates. The only one who knew about us at first was Cisco and we were fine with that. After awhile Joe found out and so did Iris.

Caitlin POV:
I was happy with my relationship with Barry and I couldn't wait to see how our relationship grows. Don't get me wrong I loved Ronnie but I knew he'd want me to move on and I have moved on with Barry. We have been hearing things about a burning man around the city and we were curious about it.

Barry POV:
A week after news of the burning man came around he finally showed himself to Caitlin and she had told us that he was Ronnie, her dead fiancee. I didn't know how to feel about it and soon I was left alone with her. I go to her and I said, "When we find him and you still love him I'll let you go to him. I won't make you choose between us."

Caitlin POV:
I hugged him and I said, "I'm not sure what I'll do when we find him." Barry pulls me closer and he says, "no matter what happens I'll be right here. Even if I have to wait for awhile." A week later we found him and found out that Martin Stein's mind was in control.

Barry POV:
When we realized that the longer Ronnie and professor Stein fight each other there would be a nuclear explosion which would cause a huge amount of radiation. Caitlin was worried about them and I knew she was going to choose Ronnie.

Ronnie POV:
Being stuck in the back of my mind while someone else was controlling my body gave me time to watch my surroundings and I watched the interaction between Cait with Barry. I can see the love they had for each other which I knew it meant that before I came back Cait was trying to move on like I would have wanted her to and now with me being back it's awkward for them.

Caitlin POV:
When Ronnie and professor Stein disappeared I was worried about them. We found them in the wasteland and they were planning on killing each themselves. We had created a device that could separate them and when Ronnie kissed me I didn't feel the spark unlike I did with Barry.

Barry POV:
When they kissed I looked away as I felt my heart breaking and I took Caitlin away when they exploded. I expected us to be covered in radiation but Cisco told us we weren't and we went back to see they had separated. We all went home and I watched Caitlin with Ronnie for a minute before leading Professor Stein to get a change of clothing.
