Caitlin POV:
Barry has been acting weird the last few weeks and I was worried he'd break up with me or he was cheating on me. I expressed my concern to Cisco and he says, "Don't worry Caitlin it will be worth it in the end." He pats my shoulder and a few minutes later Barry came in. Barry came to me and he says, "Caitlin? Do you have plans on Friday?" I checked my schedule and I said, "Nope I'm free." Barry smiles and says, "Great! I'm taking you out on a date."
Barry POV:
After awhile I went home and made sure I had everything ready for Friday. I had gone to the jewelry store to get my mom's engagement ring resized and cleaned because I'm gonna ask Caitlin to marry me despite the future as well as Earth 2 tells me I'm married to Iris. Iris had helped me set everything up and she was happy for me.
Caitlin POV'
Soon it was Friday and Barry had told me he was picking me up at 6 for our date also he told me to dress warm. I took a shower and got ready for my date with Barry. At 6 Barry came and we went to the beach where there was a picnic set up just as the sun was about to set.
Barry POV:
We ate the food and as soon as the sun started to set I grabbed the ring. I got on my knee when Caitlin stood up and when she turned around she gasped. I pulled the ring out of my pocket and I said, "we've been together for almost 3 years now. Even though there are things that said I was supposed to be with someone else I don't care because I love you. Will you marry me?"
Caitlin POV:
I gasped and I said, "Yes! I'll marry you!" Barry slips the ring on my finger as he stands up and we kissed. That night we celebrated our engagement and fell asleep in each other's arms. The next day we woke up and got dressed. We went to S.T.A.R. Labs where everyone was and I said, "we have an announcement."
Cisco POV:
We look at them and I said, "What is it?" They smiled as Caitlin raised her left hand and she says, "We're getting married!" We all congratulated them and hugged them. After awhile the alarms go off and Barry had to go to work as the Flash.
