Barry Allen pov
I woke up to some phone calls and I was surprised when I was in star labs and I was asleep, running a condition I now have if it hadn't been for Wally telling me about it. I just ran back to Joe's got a quick change and ran back, don't worry I brushed my teeth. I had just been told by Caitlin and Cisco and Wally the gold reserve was being robbed so me and wally ran we saw a man in suit of armor. I ran told him to stop and Wally said "Barry no" I turned and fell on the floor my mind went AWOL and I saw doctors cutting and experimenting on me I came back to Wally gone and ran to Joe who shot him. I heard Joe and wally arguing " Joe I had him" "I... I mean we couldn't lose you." We uncovered the mask it was General Iling we took him back and then I sat down and sat down I asked Wally " what the hell did I see" then Wally replied "That was..." He was cut off by iris I was still in my suit she said "Hello Barry or should I say the flash "oh oh" I whispered slowly under my worried breath.

Wally west POV
Eiling is attacking wally get him and I ran to him I was attacked by that mind thing "AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!" I yelled with pain I shook it off and tlacked him and toss him in the cage. Barry, Cisco and Barry were in the sewer. I ran to them and I found that damn dirty ape (rise of the plant of the apes reference there if you didn't catch it) It attacked me and I woke up to Joe on my side. He went for his gun " Joe No" I told him "why?" He whispered "Just don't do it Joe" I tried to run but I was changes Grodd was smart but not smart to check my pocket I had a lock pick on me I opened the chains and ran to Joe and saw Iris at the doorway. "DAD !!" She yelled I just say yes quiet and told Barry who had his flash suit on to come with me I put on my suit and ran we found grodd who yelled I was not affected at all and I had a memory of Joe so I hit him it did nothing and I felt a bone crack it was nothing so then BOOOOOOOOOOOOOM ! and Grodd was laying down he was hit by a train. I wanted to hug barry.
Barry Allen's POV
We got there in time to be greated by Joe and Iris.
