We are too late. The alarms are sounding. I immediately yell one thing that ANYONE will understand... "GET OUT!" All 3 of us run for the door. Now that we have succesfully (for now) avoided the guards, who have burst into the room for a safety check, we split up. 54R4H sprints ahead to the door, whilst Ron goes through the window on the left. That leaves me with the vent in the wall. "I SEE HIM! STOP HIM!" I hear a Superior Guard yelling from the back of the Data Hub. But he doesn't know that I know a trick about the soldiers.
Only the Superior Guard has a rifle, and that they are powered by a miniature generator, so I quickly duck into cover and hack his gun, leading to a small electrical blast, temporarily incapacitating the Guard. I sprint for the vents, rapidly disabling the shield system, and jump right through. I can see the exit, I have almost escaped. I think to myself "Nothing can stop me no-" *CRASH*
I am interrupted by a massive mechanical gauntlet reaching through the floor of the vent and wrenching me towards the ground beneath me. I am so dazed that I can barely see who is speaking. But I know who it is just from their irritating voice, as it is giving ANOTHER lengthy monologue.
However, there is no escape this time, as the Mecha Guard that removed me from the vent had rid me of my hacking devices as soon as I landed, and is holding me down. A typical 'acts like a tough guy' soldier yells at me to silence myself, as though I am his pet. I try to get free and assist 54R4H and Ron, but i can't break free. I am so angry, and I know that the Superior Guard to my right has a metal bat for a reason, so what do I decide to do? Yell at the one who is giving their annoying old speech, causing the Superior Guard to do as they are told.
"You may capture us now, but know this, YOU WILL PAY FOR ALL THAT YOU HAVE DONE TO ME, MY FAMILY, MY CREW, AND EVERYONE ELSE, YOU LYING, DECEIVING, UNTUSTWORTHY OLD PIECE OF JUNK! YOU GOT ALL OF YOUR MONEY AND POWER FROM YOUR PARENTS YOU SPOILT LITTLE BRA-" *WHACK!*
