6:30 pm
Maya unlocks the door to the apartment and sets you on the couch and pulls you out of your car seat and yawns " Alright buddy. Auntie Maya I mean mommy." She sighs annoyed " I'm going to take a shower can you be fine in your swing? I will be quick." You coo and snuggle against her she lays you down and you start crying your head off " Lucas you will be fine. I'm going to be ten minutes tops. I'm stinky." She tries to lay you down again but you cry louder " Ok, how about you came with me? I can sit you in your bath thing." She heads into the bathroom with you turns on the water and undresses her and you. She gets in and washes you and lays you down in the bath and quickly washes her hair and body. You start whining and Maya shakes her head " I'm almost done buddy. I promise. Why are you being clingy? Captain Herrea brought you by yesterday you shouldn't be missing me this much." You whine and kick your legs Maya turns off the water and grabs her towel and then you " Let's change and then have a bottle and sleep." You whine she lays you down and changes and then changes you into diaper and pjs and goes to make you a bottle. She rocks you as she gets the bottle ready. She tries to feed you and you turn your face and start crying. She sighs " Luke you love food. Come on buddy." You cry louder and Maya tries to give you the bottle. You spit it out and wiggle around. Maya sighs annoyed " Lucas you have to eat. If you don't eat you will wake us up in the next two hours." She tries again and you latch on to the bottle. She feeds you and yawns as she lays down you eat the whole bottle and whine as you feel the gas building up. You start crying and wiggling Maya pats your back and rocks you. You cry louder as Maya gets up and starts walking around " You are fine buddy." She pats your back and sighs as you continue crying. You cry for about thirty minutes until Maya gets a idea " We are going on a car ride those normally calm you down." She gets you in the car seat and drives around. You continue crying as Maya sighs and drives home. She gets you out and walks you upstairs as she walks around " Buddy please. I'm tired. What is the matter? I have feed you and change you. I don't know what the matter?" She sighs and grabs her phone.
Carina picks up on the second ring as she hears you scream " Oh wow. What is going on ? Is Luca ok?" Maya shakes her head " I don't know. I have feed him and change him and he won't stop crying. I don't want to ask but I need help." Carina nods " Of course bambina . I will be right there."
About twenty minutes later Carina shows up and knocks. Maya answers right away " Hi. Umm thank you." Carina smiles and sets her stuff down and gently takes you " So you feed him?" Maya nods " Yes." Carina rocks you and whispers Italian to you and looks up at Maya " Have we change his formula ? Or burp him correctly?" Maya looks confused " I have change his formula. And I think I burp him correctly? I don't know." Carina fixes you and smacks your back two times as Maya gets mad " Carina! Don't hit him like that. He is a baby." You let out a burp and coo as Carina chuckles " Oh did someone have gas? Was that the problem?" She looks over at Maya and smiles " I think the Bambino had gas. He seems happy now." Maya looks down " So I been burping him wrong?" Carina smacks you again and you burp and throw up a-little. You coo and smile as Carina wipes off the throw up and shakes her head " No Bambina. You are new to this. But look he is happy now. Now I know someone just got off a 24 hour shift. So why don't you go to sleep and I put him to sleep and then we can cuddle?" Maya nods and smiles " Thank you. I owe you so much. So he just had gas?" Carina nods and smiles " He is fine now. Head to bed." Maya heads to her room and watches you and Carina through the baby monitor and smiles when she hears Carina singing a lullaby to you. She sees you fall asleep easily as Carina gently lays you down and whispers love you in Italian. She goes to Maya room and smiles " Now I got to cuddle mommy Bishop." Maya starts laughing " please don't say that. But come here." she opens her arms and Carina takes off her shoes and cuddles with Maya. Maya whispers " Thank you. You make this easier." Carina nods " I'm not leaving Luca. He is cute." Maya smirks " Well thank you." Carina laughs and cuddles with Maya " go to sleep."
