➪Chapter sixteen: Confronting her

"Are you and Ajax together? I can't help but to feel like-"

"No. We aren't together. Ever. How ever you are feeling about us, you have nothing to worry about." Enid assured as she stopped in her tracks.

Wednesday smiled and nodded, "okay, I believe you."

That warmed Enid's heart. Wednesday trusted no one, but herself. Now she was trusting Enid? That was a lot.

"I also know that if we go confront Principal Weems she's going to kick me out instantly. I want to at least have a moment with you before she does." Wednesday admits before they stopped in front of their dorm. "Did you get a new roommate since I left?"

Enid shook her head, "no, I have the room all too myself."

Wednesday grinned before walking into the room and shutting it right after they both walked in. "It feels a little empty without my side of the room." She turned back over to Enid, "can I borrow your phone, please."

"You aren't going to run through it like some crazy girlfriend, are you?" Enid joked as she took her phone and handed it to Wednesday.

Addams chewed at her bottom lip, "so I'm your girlfriend, now?"

Enid heart was beating at its final limit as she felt nervous. Super nervous. Did she want Wednesday to be her girlfriend? How would that work for them both anyways.

Wednesday watched as Enid freaked out and she grinned before clicking onto YouTube. "Hey, I was just kidding, don't need to freak out." Wednesday assured as she placed the phone onto Enid's bed. "I was only joking." Enid nodded, she didn't know what to think at this point. "Dance with me."

Enid gulped before Wednesday took her hand into hers. Enid looped one arm around Wednesday shoulder as her fingers intertwined with Wednesday's.

They rocked back and forth as the music filled the air. "You hate songs like this." Enid muttered as she felt Wednesday rest her head on her chest.

"I also hate people, hugs and life. But here I am." She leaned back and twirled Enid around as she brought her back in with Enid's hands still wrapped around Wednesday's neck. "I was listening to it the way here, in Yoko's car. It reminded me of you."

"Everything reminds me of you." Wednesday rested her head against Enid's chest as they were practically just hugging and rocking back and forth.

Enid couldn't stop smiling, she loved this side of Wednesday. It was her favorite.

"I don't want to go back."

Enid raised her eyebrow. "Go back where?"

"Back home. I want to stay here, with you." Wednesday muttered as she held a tighter grip. "I really really like you, Enid. Like a lot. You make me feel more positive feelings than negative."

Enid was going to pull away to face Wednesday but Wednesday held on tighter. "Don't let go, not yet."

Enid rested her head on top of Wednesdays head as her face heated in red as always. "I like you too Wednesday. A lot."

Wednesday felt her a tear leave her eye, she hates having feelings.

"You're making this emotional."
