Chapter 2

"Kai i promise it's not what it sound like" Leek tried to explain

"Maleek dont insult my intelligence! you think i'm that naïve? How could you do somthing like this to me?!" Kai said as she walked down the stairs furiously

"Kai baby i promise i didn't do it intentionally, i would never hur-" Leek was interrupted when Kai hit him with a right hook that connected with his jaw. She hit him with so much force that it caused him to stumble. When he finally got his balance he just stood there with his nostrills flared and his hand bawled into fist. Kai was so shocked that she hit Leek she didn't even notice that her knuckles were bruised.

"FOUR YEARS! FOUR YEARS OF MY LIFE THAT I GAVE YOU! I NEVER LIED, I NEVER CHEATED, I NEVER ASKED YOU WHERE YOU WERE WHEN YOU WERE OUT ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT BECAUSE I TRUSTED YOU! BUT FOR TWO YEARS YOU HAD ME WALKING AROUND LOOKING STUPID! YOU HAD A BABY WITH THIS BITCH LEEK! HOW THE FUCK DO YOU UNINTENTIONALLY DO THAT?!" Kai said with tears pouring down her face while still swinging on Leek.

"Get you bitch Leek, before i have to beat her ass and hurt her feelings!" Mya said while taking off her silver hoop earrings.

Kai instantly stopping swinging on Leek and directed her anger towards Mya. Before Leek could stop her Kai lunged at Mya and started swinging wildly. At first Mya was getting the best of her until Kai got her onto the ground and start hitting her in her face causing her lip to bust. Kai was never into the whole pulling hair thing but something came over her and she yanked Mya's Milky Way quick weave almost all the way off the stocking cap. When Leek was finally able to get Kai off of Mya she kicked her in the face one good time causing blood to pour out of her nose like it was a faucet. Mya was so dazed by the hit she couldn't regain her balance enough to stand up.

"WHO'S FEELINGS HURT NOW BITCH?! HUH?!" Kai screamed while Leek was restraing her

"KAILEAH WHAT THE FUCK MAN! I UNDERSTAND YOU MAD BUT YOU CAN'T BE DOIN SHIT LIKE THAT!" Leek said as he held a tight grip on her arm

"FUCK YOU MALEEK! YOU'RE NOT EVEN WORTH ME FIGHTING OVER!" Kai spat as she grabbed her purse and keys and stormed out the door.

She couldn't believe what just happend, in the less than 48 hours she became unemployed, homeless and heartbroken. "what did i do to deserve this?" she thought as she drove down the interstate not really knowing where to go. As she thought about it, she really didn't have anywhere to go. She didn't have friends even though she desperatley wanted some. Growing up the females around her were always jealous of her. Either for the way she looked or because the boy they liked, liked her, so instead of being her friend they just wanted to fight her. She had no other family besides her mom and that bridge was burned. After what had just happend at Leek's house going back there was a big NO NO in her book too. After about 20 minutes of driving around with no destination she ended up at a old dairy queen her dad used to take her to when she was younger. When she parked in the nearly empty parking lot she looked at herself in her visor mirror, more scratches and bruises but they were tiny and almost hard to see. Her hair was a mess though so she pulled it up into another messy bun.

She got out the car, walked inside the run down looking dairy queen and up to the counter to order.

"Can i gut a snickers blizzard with extra snickers at the top please" she said to the freckled face red head working the register.

"Anything else?" she asked with a southern accent, Kai shook her head no. After she got her ice cream she went to sit at the tables they had outside. She was eating her ice cream quietly with her head down when she heard a loud music system pull up. She turned around to find an all black mercedes benz with chrome detail and custom license plates that read MELLO 1.
