2 WEEKS LATER

Kai stood there fidgeting with her gown. It was finally graduation day and she was nervous as hell. All the fashion majors put little creative spins on their cap and gowns and Kai was no exception. Some people went all out but she decided since she was the only pregnant girl in her entire class she would keep it simple and just put leopard fabric here and there since she already stood out. It worked well against the scarlet graduation gown she had on. She bit her lip in anticipation because her name was coming up. She looked over at her mom and Ghost sitting in the crowd and smiled when she saw the huge smiles on both of their faces.

"Kaileah Lathon"

She heard the announcer call her name. She walked up onto the stage and looked out into the crowd again to see her mother hugging Ghost incredibly tight. When she got back to her seat she looked over at one of her classmates named Siren.

"We did it!" Siren exclaimed

"Yes finally!" Kai exhaled for what seemed like the first time in forever

"When is this shit over, im so damn hungry and this baby been kicking all day"

After another 45 minutes of names being called the ceremony was finally over

"Ladies and gentlemen the graduating class of 2016!" the speaker said into the mic and the crowd errupted with cheers and handclaps

Kai stood up ready to make a bee line for Ghost, but she didnt have too. He was behind her with a bouquet of lily's.

"Congradulations beautiful" he said smiling from ear to ear

"Thanks handsome" she said leaning up for a kiss

"Oh enough of that" her mom said playfully while pulling her into an embrace "Im so proud of you Kaileah" she said into her ear

"Don't make me cry mom you know its hard to stop my pregnant self once i start" she said smiling and going back over to Ghost

"Im sorry honey" her mom said still smiling

"Can we go eat babe? Im so damn hungry" Kai whined

"Yea anything for you baby" he said while pulling her throught the crowd with her mom close behind.

On their way out Someone bumped into Kai

"Oh im sor..." her words trailed off

Kai saw red

"BITCH!!" Kai yelled as she lunged at the girl...it was Dez

Before she could do any damage Ghost yolked her up and held her firmly away from Dez

Dez shook her head "still a no class having hoe i see"

"Yea i'll show yo ass no class bitch! The fuck are you here for anyway?!" Kai spat

"Oh no reason, I just came to support my ex bestfriend on her big day." she said calm and collected with a smirk on her face

"Stay the fuck out my life weird ass bitch!" Kai said still trying to get at her

"Yo chill Kai" Ghost said noticing everyone was looking at them

"Yeahhhh Kai...chill. I'm not going anywhere sweetie. Atleast not until you feel my pain." She gave a half smile and walked away into the crowd

"The fuck did she mean by feel her pain?"

"Let me go Tristan!" she said yanking her arm away from him and walking towards the exit

"Kai you need to chill, all that anger and shit aint good for the baby" Ghost said while jogging a little to catch up with her in the parking lot.

"Fuck her! Fucking fake ass friend! I should've known that bitch was phony when i found out she was fucking with Maleek!" Kai said irritated as she got to his truck.

"Kaileah chill out! You all hyped up and shit, If you fuck around and have my daughter before she's due that's yo ass!" He said sternly

Kai rolled her eyes but didn't say another word as she got into the car. They rode in silence most of the ride until ASAP Rocky's song Fashion Killa came on the radio. Ghost smiled while looking over at Kai, she tried to but she couldn't surpress her smile.

"Don't make me smile punk i'm mad right now!" she said hitting his arm and pouting playfully

Fashion Killa was THEIR song. They both loved fashion and how ASAP Rocky flowed to the melo beat. Kai also loved the fact that Rihanna was in the video.

"Cause she my fashion Killa, and im her trendy nigga." Ghost rapped along while grabbing Kai's hand, she gave in and started rapping too.

It wasnt long before they pulled up to the Cheescake Factory where they had their first date and Kai looked over at him.

"What made you want this?" She asked

He shrugged "Just had a taste for it"

She shrugged and waited for him to help her out the car. When they got inside Kai looked around the resturant, no one was there.

"What's going on?" She asked confused

"What you mean?" Ghost asked

"Why is it empty as hell in here?" She said looking up at him

"Ion know, maybe they're just slow today ma" he said walking towards a table and pulling her chair out.

She sat down and looked at the menu.

"I don't know what i have a taste for" she said

She kept looking until she came across a new item under the steak.

"Kaileah, i love you. I have since the first time i saw you, Will You Marry me?"

Kai's eyes widened and her head shot up towards Ghost direction. A little black box sat in the center of the table with a beautiful 10 carat princess cut canary yellow diamond ring with white diamons on the side and all around the band.

"T-Tristan?" Kai said with tears welling in her eyes

Ghost got up and walked over to her side of the table, he kneeled down next to her and took her hand in his.

"Kaileah i know things went pretty fast with us, but to be honest i didn't expect to fall for you as fast as i did." He paused and wiped a tear from her eye "I wanna watch our daughter grow up to be an incredible woman like you, i wanna grow old with you, but most importantly i wanna make you happy every single day for the rest of your life and keep all the hurt and bullshit out....so, will you Marry Me?" He finally asked

Kai bit her pink bottom lip until it turned white, tears pouring down her face like a stream. She couldn't even speak she just nodded her head yes. Ghost smiled so hard, Kai swore she could see all 32 of his pearly whites.

Kinuko, her mom, Ghosts' mom and dad and the twins all came from the resturant kitchen holding a congradulatory caramel cheesecake, Kai's favorite.

"Is that why you where hugging him earlier?" Kai asked hugging her mom and then kinuko

Her mom smiled wide "mmhm, i was skeptical at first but he really is a good man." she spoke

"Congrats hoe, im so proud of you" Kinuko said "Maybe this will motivate Roc to propose to my pregnant ass" she playfully rolled her eyes

Kai Laughed

"Then we could have our honeymoon's around the same time." Kai joked

"Ion know about all that" Tristan laughed and both of them shot him a look

"Congradulations honey" Ghost's mom said with a big smile on her face while giving Kai a big hug and squeezing her "You were always my favorite" she said in her ear.

His dad didnt really say to much except "Congrats" Kai could tell smething was bothering him

The twins were going nuts, they wanted to help with everything from the dress, to the reception, all the way down to the lingere Kai would wear on her honeymoon night.

They all sat down, ate, laughed and told jokes. Kai looked around the table and was genuinely happy for the first time in a long time. Little did she know that it wouldnt last too long.
