Like A Star (별처럼)

chapter ten.

"YOU ASS!" Jioong shouted at him. He was lucky that no one else was in the restroom except them.

"MWOYA?! What did I do to you?!" Wooyoung struggled but Jioong just pushed him harder to the wall.

"You don't remember me?"

Wooyoung looked at the guy's face, thinking hard, before he remembered.

Flashback.

"I promise all of you, I will make Taeyeon happy. She will never be replaced." Wooyoung swore in front of Taeyeon's family. Her parents agreed to their relationship, even Hayeon, her younger sister. But Jioong didn't completely agree to this. After all the talking, he politely excused Wooyoung so he could talk to him privately.

"Promise me you won't hurt my little sister." Jioong calmed himself down so he could talk in peace with Wooyoung. He didn't completely trust this man. He had some doubts but he didn't want to interfere with what her sister wanted.

"I promise. I will never replace her... ever. Beat me up all you want if ever I do." Wooyoung told him as Jioong chuckled a bit. He had his complete trust on him now.

End of flashback.

"You said you'll never replace my sister." Jioong told Wooyoung.

"Just beat me up if you want."

Jioong clenched his fists tighter knowing Wooyoung really replaced her sister.

"But don't you think it's unfair? Your sister was the one who broke up with me!" Wooyoung added. Jioong raised his right fist as he gave out a hard punch on the wall, just near Wooyoung's head. Jioong teared up. He couldn't help it anymore. He needed to tell him everything -- the reason why her sister did all of these.

"Don't you know how much Taeyeon's suffering right now?" He paused. "Three years ago... Taeyeon was pregnant. Pregnant with your child! She had to break up with you because of that. She knew how much you wanted this career. How much you wanted to become famous! She had to go alone to America and raise your child there. She had to survive being a single mom for 3 years! She did all of that because of you. Even your daughter is suffering because of you. She's being bullied in school because everyone knew she had 'no dad.' Just because you wanted this stupid fame, both Taeyeon and your daughter suffered a lot. And now, you welcome my sister with the news that you have a new girlfriend?" Jioong managed to really speak his anger out. "Fuck you." He said as he released his grip from his collar, making his way out the restroom. With huge steps he went back to his sister's dressing room.
