You woke up and got dressed, Rose and Ethan were still asleep. You smiled but then woke Ethan up. "Hey I'm going out for a while. Text me if you need anything." You kissed his forehead as he nodded. He was obviously still asleep so you wrote on a sticky note what you said and where you were going and you went off.

You arrived at Chris's office, said hi to tundra and went to find Chris.

Low and Behold he was in his office, smoking a cigarette. "Ah y/n!" He said, putting his cigarette out. He knew you hated the smell. You waved and smiled and sat down. "What brings you here?" He asked. Placing his ashtray away from you. You sighed.

"I wanna go back to Romania."

He looked at you with a stern, but confused face. "What?" He asked. You took a breath.

"I wanna go back to Romania, I wanna make sure Miranda is gone for good and the village is no more. I can't live with this eating at me. It's like Miranda is still here. I have nightmares of her. It's like she's trying to get in my head. It's all paranoia, but please. I'd like to go back to Romania."

He looked confused, and then logged into his computer. "Y/n I can reassure you.. she is gone. You and Ethan killed her, she's gone. And for the village? We still have soldiers out there checking for any movement. For the last 5 months, nothing. No movement at all."

You sighed and put your head on his desk, playing with a pen. "Please Chris." You looked at him, placing your chin in your arms. He sighed and nodded. He then picked up his office phone and dialed a number.

"Hey it's Chris, get some of my soldiers ready, tell them we have a mission. Get the car ready also." He hung up. "Wait, we are going now?" You sat up. He nodded. "Well today marks the 5th month of their research so they have to come home for a month before going back out. "

You sighed. "I can wait a month, I wanna tell Ethan. He deserves to know I'm leaving." Chris nodded and picked up the phone again.

"Sorry cancel that, we will leave next month after the researchers come back." He hung up again.

"Chris thank you, you don't know how relieving this is." He smiles at you. "Of course, I know how it is to be paranoid, I've battled many...things before." You smiled back at him. "So I've heard."

He raises a eyebrow. "Me and Jill are friends Chris!" You get up and wave goodbye. "Again thank you. Just let me know when to be ready." You left the room.

"Ethan, I have something to tell you." You said, looking at him. He looked nervous. "Yes?" He replied.

"I'm going back to Romani- the village."
