After the Fact. -Ethan winters x Fem reader-

Things at home haven't been the best, Ethan wasn't talking to you, and Rose was hanging out with Ethan most of the time. You felt bad for what happened 2 days ago.. but you knew you needed to go. Ethan wasn't going to change your mind.

You walked in the house with groceries, there were a lot but Ethan wasn't In the living room so you couldn't ask for help. You put some on the counter and began walking outside when you heard the trunk close. Ethan walked the groceries into the house and began helping you put them up.

"Thank you.." you said in a quiet voice he nodded and continued putting stuff up.

Afterwards he sat on the couch, you hesitated but sat next to him. "I'm not mad at you y/n, I'm just upset that you're wanting to go back." You looked at him, trying to think of something else to say. "I..I just want closure. I want to know nothing is there, I want to know our family will be safe." You sighed. He put his hand on yours.

"I support your decision, just please... be safe y/n. Rose and I love you more than anything." You smiled. "Thank you, I'll update you every time something happens. I'll call you every night. And if something ha-" he put a finger to your mouth. "Don't make me change my mind please" you laughed and nodded. Laying your head on him as he turned on a movie.

He turned on a random movie, you didn't know the name, you were tired. "What do you want for dinner?" You asked him while playing with your wedding ring. He let out a hm and it got silent before he responded. "Not sure.. maybe... I don't know. We don't have to eat dinner tonight." You nodded. "I'm fine with that, can you go wake rose up so I can feed her?" He groaned and got up, walking into roses room.

He came out holding your sleeping baby, she was so cute. You gently woke her up. "Before you sit down can you grab her bottle, it's in the fridge, and a diaper?" He nodded and went to retrieve the items. You saw her beautiful eyes open, and her smile creep on her face. You grabbed the diaper from Ethan and changed her. Thanking him afterwards. You threw away her dirty diaper and held her as you fed her the bottle.

She had been sleeping a lot so you decided to take her for a walk. "Ethan me and Rose are going for a walk. Wanna-" he got up. "Obviously, stay here" he out his shoes on and helped you put rose in her stroller. You grabbed a jacket and rose a blanket and her pacifier and you three ventured out.
