Wednesday 12th October

Nessa's pov-

It's been two months and I'm finally getting out of this place, I say that as if it's been bad but it's actually been amazing. It felt good being away from everything like I'm in such a good place right now I've finished writing my album and I learnt about how to control my adhd. Being here has made me think about things when I mean things I mean Jaden. I've thought about him this whole time and I miss him so much but I don't think I'm ready for us to date again. I spoke to my dad about it and he said that I need to sit down and talk to him about everything and I agree with him.

Megan is going to have her baby any day now and I can't wait to meet my baby sister or brother, they were going to a gender revel but they didn't want to do it with out me so they never had one which I'm sad about. When I leave, which will be in 2 hours, I am going straight to Sabrina's cause I miss her to much. 

Nurse: Nessa do you have everything 

Nessa: Yeah I do 

Nurse: I'm going to miss you 

Nessa: I'm going to miss you to 

The nurse I'm speaking to is so lovely she's the one that stayed with me so I didn't have to eat alone. Even though I don't suffer with an ED anymore she still stayed which I'm thankful for because I hate eating in silence it makes me feel weird. Also being in here has made me think a lot about my past with Josh and I even started having nightmares about him and the nurse woke me up from them and stocked my head until I fell back asleep.

Its been two hours now and I'm sat in the lobby waiting for my dad to come pick me up. He's late of course he's never on time for anything. Before we leave we need to have a meeting with one of the doctors who was checking on me.

Dad: Nessa baby 

Nessa: Dad

I run up to him and gave him a massive hug, I didn't really see him while I was here because he had stuff to do with getting ready for the baby and his tour which I was okay with but I missed him. After our 5 minute hug we walked into the office and sat down with the doctor.

Doctor: Good afternoon Sir

Dad: Good afternoon please just call me Colson 

Doctor: So I would like to start of by telling you how much Nessa has improved at the start she didn't want to be here and threw a fit every time we took her to therapy but after a couple of weeks she just went. She spoke a lot in those sessions about her feelings about her eating disorder, her bpd and even about past suicide attempts

Dad: That's good to hear 

Doctor: She even spoke about her past relationship with Josh and how she felt after that. I can't say what she said but I think that is the whole reason all of this started. 

Dad: Okay um is there anything I need to know 

Doctor: These past couple of weeks she's been having nightmares she won't tell us what about but she wakes up calling out a name 'Jaden'

Dad: Jaden is her ex boyfriend after Josh 

Doctor: We have heard about him. with there relationship I think she jumped into it a bit to soon that's why it all fall apart 

Nessa: Um bitch no he cheated on me that's why it feel apart so please shut your mouth 

Dad: Nessa please wait outside
