Josh- first date

it's Saturday. You wake up truly terrified. You're going on a date with the one and only Josh Kiszka. You struggle to get out of bed due to your anxiety. What if he doesn't like me? What if he thinks i'm weird? What if he regrets this? Your panicking when all of a sudden, he texts you.
"hey y/n! are we still on for today? at 5?"
you nervously respond
"yes of course! i can't wait!"
you put your phone down in a hurry, realizing that this is actually happening. You met josh backstage after a show, he thought you were cute and funny, so he asked you out. Not wanting to be rude, you said yes. You've loved greta forever and have been fawning over Josh for years, not thinking that going to a show would result in a date.
As the time ticks away, you get more and more nervous for your date. You start to realize that you can't do this.
"hey josh i know it's almost 4 but i can't do this. I'm so scared. what if i do something stupid and you never want to see me again? i'm sorry but i have to cancel."
a few minutes later, you hear your phone go off.
"hey don't worry y/n. I understand being nervous. You are a fan i mean we did meet at a show. But you don't have anything to be scared about. I'm sure you're lovely to be around. But if you still want to cancel that's okay, i won't force you"
you read his message feeling a little better about being so scared. I mean it's the lead of your favorite band of course you're scared.
"that reassurance really helped. I'll go"
"great. see you at 5 😘"
You frantically call your best friend hoping she can help you. And she does. She turns you into a princess.
and soon enough, there's a knock at your door. He's here. You take a deep breath and open the door.
"you look beautiful"
"thanks. you too"
"are you ready?"
"yep. let's go"
Josh walks you to his car where he has flowers waiting on your seat.
"are these for me?"
"of course"
"well thank you"
Josh drives you to a fancy restaurant so you guys can have dinner together. He was such a gentleman. After your long and nerve wracking date, he drives you home.
"i had a really good time"
"me too. wanna do it again sometime?"
oh god. he asked for a second date.
"i'd love to"
"perfect"
You both say goodnight, and he kisses your cheek.
"goodnight beautiful"
"goodnight josh" you say with a snicker.
When you walk into your apartment you let out a sigh of relief. A few moments later, he texts you.
"i'm glad we got to do this tonight. i really like you"
"i really like you too"
You climb into bed hoping that you dream about Josh, and that second date.
