Light wind blew through my face. Something bright shone through my eyes as I slowly opened them and saw the open sky above me.

After turning my head slightly to the right, I saw two silhouettes. One was right above me when I realized I was laying on its lap. The other held my hand and sat next to us. It was Su-hyeok and On-jo.

When the boy with my head on his lap felt my movement, he immediately looked down at me, „Y/N!", he yelled, gaining everyone's attention.

Dae-su and Cheong-san came closer, bending down to me, „Yah, Y/N! Can you hear me?" The slightly taller boy asked, not receiving an answer, „Y/N? Do you see how many fingers I'm holding up? Asked Dae-su a second time, holding up three fingers.

„Give her time to calm down. She woke up not even a minute ag-"

„Three."

A smile appeared on the boy in front of me, giving Su-hyeok an "I Told You" look.

I slowly lifted my head from Su-hyeok's lap and looked around me, realizing where I was.

After acknowledging that I was on the school rooftop, my memory slowly came back as I remembered what happened the past 1 and a half day.

So this all wasn't a bad dream after all.

„What... what happened?" I asked.

„You blacked out after Gwi-nam threw you against a wall. You hit your head pretty hard, that's why you passed out, I guess." Dae-su explained pretty straightforwardly, receiving a glare from On-jo, which I didn't quite understand. He just answered my question, after all.

„Does it still hurt?" Su-hyeok questioned, scanning the back of my head, „The bleeding hasn't stopped yet.", he explained.

„A small headache, it's not that big of a- Wait bleeding? Am I bleeding?"

Nam-ra seemed to overhear our conversation, now coming closer, „Yeah, you slammed you head against the stairs hard. No wonder you blacked out so fast.", she replied.

„We need to put pressure on the wound, so the bleeding stops." On-jo clarified, looking around for anyone who was willing to give up a piece of clothing.

Not waiting any longer, Su-hyeok tore the T-shirt he wore under his blazer apart, handing On-jo the longer part of it.

The next thing that happened was On-jo tying the piece of fabric around my head tightly, which did hurt a bit, but I wasn't gonna say anything.

Moments later, I noticed the enormous, self-made SOS sign on the floor, „How long did I pass out for?" I asked, since it seemed like it took quite a while to make it.

„For about an hour."

„Oh. So no choppers or rescuers in sight?"

When I asked the question, it seemed like the mood of the group got even worse than it was before. As if something happened while I was knocked out, „Guys?"

„There were some but...", Cheong-san muttered out, pausing for a second, „They left us behind."

„Wha- what do you mean they left us behind?"

As long as I'm here, no one can hurt you. (Lee Su-hyeok x Reader)Where stories live. Discover now
