She looked at him and smiled slowly. "Yes."
Dane stared at her for a moment, searching her eyes. Then finally, he gave her a crooked smile. "Kung ganun, sapat na muna 'yan ngayon para saakin." Then he leaned forward and kissed her on the lips thoroughly. "Promise me, Kath."
She kissed him once again and smiled slowly. "I promise."
When he pulled away from her, he said, "Dress up. I'll pick you up after an hour and half."
She raised a brow at him. "Dane ..."
He silenced her with a kiss. "Don't you trust me, love?"
She smiled at him and then she nodded. "Okay."
"Great! I'll see you later." Agad na tumayo ito at dinampot ang mga damit niya na nakakalat sa sahig. Before he exited her room, he turned back to her again and grinned, "You never failed to take my breath away, Miss Manuel."
After showering, she wore a pair of black tattered skinny jeans, plain white shirt and yellow vans. She decided to wear a simple outfit or what she called iwas-pansin-outfit since she's going with Dane in a broad daylight.
A few seconds later, her phone rang. It was Dane.
"Hey." She greeted.
"You don't look warm enough." He said.
Her eyebrows furrowed. She turned to her window and saw him standing in his room, looking at her through the glass.
"I can bring a coat."
"Still not good enough. Wear a sweater under your coat."
It gets even more confusing. She gave him an unbelievable look.
"My God, Dane! Ang tirik tirik ng araw. At paalala lang po, hindi po nag sno-snow sa Pilipinas."
He grinned at her. "Natatandaan mo ba yung usapan natin kagabi? You agreed that I'll be the one to name the terms. Remember, baby?" He said in a teasing tone.
She laughed. "Alright. But iI'll just bring them dahil magmumukha naman akong timang kung magsusuot ako ng coat. Okay?"
"And change your shoes. A pair of boots, okay?"
