It had been a couple of weeks since everything that went down between Kate and I, The last couple of weeks have been crazy with everything that had happened to Kate, Peter and Liz. I have been using that experience for my song writing and have been posting them online and they have been blowing up and have thousands of views and it been so cool having people hear my music and see them love it. And that brings us to now, and I was on a school trip to the Museum of Modern Art with the science class to celebrate our win.
I was trying to focus of the song that I was writing but MJ kept bombarding me with different question like "When was I going to tell Peter how I felt" or "Why is it taking you so long to do it". But I had a plan on how I was going to do it, I still felt bad for everything that happened between me and Peter, and even thought he said he forgave me, I still want to make it up to him. So i was going to kill two bird with one stone and write Peter a song. It was like a grown up version of "Enchanted" and it was honestly my best song.
It talks about everything that happened and how I feel about him and that I want us to be together but I just need to finish it first and then find the right time to play him. I looked over to where Peter and Ned were sitting, and he looked like he was in a very deep conversation with him but I couldn't hear it. We have been talking but not a much as we did before, he been busy with Tony Stark and the apprenticeship with him that we don't have much time to hang out. I deiced that it probably best to get back to my song writing and was nearly done when I was cut off by Ned shout something,
"Look everyone a spaceship" He shouts and everyone rushed to the window, and I looked out to see a giant spaceship in the ship is in the sky. and everyone begins to panic because we don't know what is happening. "I'm sure there isn't a spaceship out outsid-" MJ says coming over ot the side of the bus everyone was at but stop mid sentence because she sees that there is an actually spaceship in the sky and it was huge.
" What the Fu-", "Y/N, Language!" Mr. Harrington cuts me of before I could finish what I was saying. "But sir look at the giant ship" I say to him, " please calm down and sit down" he says. " How do you expect us to calm down when that is in the sky" I hear a student shout behind me. After a few minutes of panic, the spaceship in the sky disappeared. " See nothing to worry about" Mr. Harrington says, and we start to make our way to the museum. I look back over to where Peter and Ned was sitting but Peter was gone, he must have moved seats when the panic happened.
And after an hour and an hour of driving we finally make it to the museum. As we all started to get off the bus, I looked around for Peter but there was still no sign of him, this wasn't the first time Peter had disappear but it was starting to get weird now. There is only one person that would know Peter whereabout and that was Ned. "Hey Ned, have you seen Peter" I asked walking over to him. "Oh... he's... he's in the museum" he says, "he was too excited and couldn't wait" he continued. "Oh ok, we'll if you see him can you tell him I'm looking for him" I say, and Ned rushes off into the museum.
"Ned is acting weird, right?" I turn to MJ and Betty who were now sitting beside me, "He always act weird, so it nothing new" MJ comments before walking toward the entrance of the museum and we followed her in. We all walked in and met the tour guide that would be showing us around. During the whole tour, I looked for Peter but there wasn't any sign of him, and Ned looks a bit nervous but why would he be nervous? It could possibly be over the alien ship, but it's gone now.
"Something is weird" I say to myself, "what is" MJ appear from behind me. "Oh nothing" I say trying to play it off and she just gives me a weird look before walking off, but then I remembered about what Liz said before she left. That Peter was hidden something, Peter disappeared the night before the decathlon meeting and then Spider-Man showed up the next day to save us when he was only know to be in New York. He also disappeared haft way through homecoming when Liz's father was arrested. And now the Alien ship appears and now he's gone again, and the only person that knows about it is Ned. Could Peter be working with Spider-Man, maybe like the man in the chair ... Peter is smart so that could be true. I don't think he could be Spider-Man because I've meet Spider-Man and he sounded different, he had more of a deeper voice than Peter. Now I was just going to enjoy the tour... well try to with still being worried about where Peter could be.
MJ (POV)
We were now all sitting in the canteen after getting the tour of the whole museum; everyone got a tour while I had to listen to Y/N asking me repeatedly if I had seen Peter. But it was a bit weird that he had disappeared, he always disappears when something happens like Washington or the prom and even now. And to say Y/N was worried would be an understatement, you would think they were dating but they are both too awkward to do anything.
It was like watching two headless chicken running around, they both liked each other but didn't know what to do. And if Y/N
Speaking Y/N, He was sitting on the chair at the window, reading over the newest song that he had written. He has been writing songs nonstop since the whole love triangle/blackmail fiasco, and they all weren't about Peter. He wouldn't let me hear the new ones about him, but I've heard the other ones like "Real Friends". That I had to make sure it wasn't about me but infect about Kate.
Just then I heard a women scream, and I look up to see someone turn into Ashe. "What is happening" I hear another person scream; I quickly grab my things and start to head towards Y/N. As everyone around me started to panic, including Y/N who had also started to grab his things and run towards me and the group.
I watched as Y/N dropped to his knees, and I started to run faster to him. I needed to get to him, he was all I had but he didn't need to know that. "Y/N" I shout his name and I beside me to see that Betty and Ned running toward him as Mr. Harrington tells us to come back.
We finally got to him, and I was terrified because I didn't know what was happening. Y/N looked at me with tears in his eyes and that's when I noticed that his hands were gone. "I'm scared" he says and just like that he disappeared, with tears in my eyes, all that was left over from my friends was his song book opened on the page "Afterglow".
